Abstract:Objective To investigate the integrated care intervention on the impact of treatment compliance and blood pressure control of patients with essential hypertension.Methods 120 cases of hospitalized patients with essential hypertension have been divided into the observation group and the control group,Respectively 60 cases.The control group use conventional care,and the conventional care group use a comprehensive nursing interventioon beside the conventional care of nursing.Observe the treatment's compliance and blood pressure control of two groups.Results The observation group'compliance,and blood pressure control is better,have a statistically significance compared with the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve treatment's compliance in patients with essential hypertension,get better control of blood pressure and reduce the incidence of complications.
