Abstract:The author's aim is to point out the fact that the process of inclusion in kindergartens depends a lot on kindergarten teachers educated to recognize pre-school children's disorders. A kindergarten teacher gives heteroamnestic data to the experts who are properly educated to recognize the disorder The kindergarten teacher has one of the most important roles during the process of the child's rehabilitation because she (he) spends the most of the time with a child with developmental disorders in inclusive kindergarten. That's why her (his) role is the key role in interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary or transdisciplinary team of experts who work with the children who have developmental disorders. A kindergarten teacher is a very important link between parents and the team of experts because she (he) coordinates the co-operation between these entities. Contemporary democratic societies gravitate towards inclusive education and upbringing. Regular kindergartens with inclusive attitude represent the most effective way to fight against discrimination and marking of the individuals.
