Abstract:The invention provides a waterproof and breathable compound fabric and a preparing method thereof. The compound fabric disclosed by the invention comprises base cloth (11), an adhesive layer (13) and a nanofibre membrane (15), wherein the base cloth (11) plays a role in supporting; the adhesive layer (13) is attached on the base cloth (11); the nanofibre membrane (15) is attached on the adhesive layer (13); the base cloth (11) is a polyester fibre fabric; the fibrousness of the polyester fibre is 20-300D; the complex number of the polyester fibre is 10-200; an adhesive of the adhesive layer (13) is shaped like dot or fibre; the thickness of the nanofibre membrane (15) is 1-500 microns; and the average fibre diameter is 100-900nm. According to the fabric and the preparing method, compared with common fibre or ultrafine fibre, the nanofibre has smaller size and higher surface energy and functional characteristics; the prepared compound fabric is small in membrane pore size and high in porosity and integrates waterproof, breathable, moisture-permeable and heat-preservation functions into a whole; the difficulty that the waterproof function and the breathable and moisture-permeable functions are contradictory in the current waterproof and breathable fabric is overcome; and application of high-cost raw materials and a complex processing technology is also avoided.
