Abstract:For real systems, there is a requirement for time-varying constraints on full system states. At present, barrier Lyapunov function is a popular tool for constraint control. However, how to deal with all kinds of strong uncertainties in the system to achieve higher control performance while implementing constraint requirements as universal as possible is worth further research. For the above reasons, a high-performance neuroadaptive constraint-handling algorithm for nonlinear systems with uncertainty compensation will be synthesized. Significantly, asymmetric time-varying constraints for system states can be implemented. Furthermore, a set of novel disturbance observers will be constructed to address disturbances. Moreover, multilayer neural networks will be exploited to estimate uncertainties with regard to states. By devising a group of novel second-order nonlinear filters, the closed-loop controller will be devised via the filter-based backstepping design framework. The closed-loop stability of the introduced system is strictly deduced and the proposed algorithm is applied to uncertain nonlinear systems including a hydraulic manipulator system to verify its feasibility and high tracking performance. Noticeably, compared to the algorithms which are the same as the constructed algorithm but without disturbance compensation and multilayer neural network compensation separately, the control accuracy of the constructed algorithm has been improved by nearly one and two times, respectively.
