Abstract:Antirheumatic agents are associated with a wide range of hepatotoxic effects. Research insights into susceptibility to hepatotoxicity and understanding of the interaction between drug, host and environmental factors involved in the pathogenesis of these adverse reactions could enable their mitigation or prevention.
