Abstract:College teachers are the main force in education reforms.The social transformation and educational reform have given rise to a growing pressure for college teachers,whose health condition has turned into a public health and social issue.Physical activity,as a key force in health promotion,serves as an effective measure in improving the health status of college teachers.This paper reviews the factors influencing college teachers' physical activity level from the perspectives of demographics,individual and environment.Besides,suggestions on how to improve college teachers' physical status are given in this paper.

Investigation of track and field as a teaching material in university physical education

Abstract:An investigation and research was held to be directly against on the phenomenon that there is a great deviation between two great areas of track and field for a long time. One is that track and field exercises have been looked as contents of ordinary universities'P.E pedagogy, the other is the practical result they should have either in subjectivity or in the theory. Through the investigation and analysis, it proved that there were indeed some incompatible matters between pedagogic goals, methods in track and field items pedagogy and destination of P.E in ordinary universities at present. The main reason that caused the phenomenon is our inaccurate comprehension and blind beliefs to the basically traditional thoughts and theories to track and field items and other items of sports. In order to change this phenomenon, we must convert our pedagogic teaching thoughts, lead track and field exercises which in P.E pedagogy to realities from misleading convention, and add in quality training. Thus track and field exercises in universities would be extensively liked and be widely in vogue.

The paper analyzes the development tendency of the reform of teaching pattern in the institution of higher learning under the credit system according to the experience in education field and the characteristic of teaching administration under the credit system.It also constructs physical education teaching pattern in the institution of higher learning under the credit system.It is hoped that the study will contribute to a great transition of the current teaching pattern,serve the requirement of the generalization of higher education and fit in with the need of the reform of physical education teaching pattern.

Abstract:: The scientific and rational degree of professional course teaching evaluation reflects the level of teaching management and teaching quality in normal colleges, and the evaluation standard system will directly affect students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning and training. Based on the reality of uneven physical basic quality of physical education majors in ordinary colleges and universities, this paper takes Taishan University as the research object, analyzes students' assessment results by using statistical methods, and combines the basic rules of track and field to formulate optimization countermeasures for the teaching evaluation system of track and field general courses. In the hope of providing reference for the evaluation system of track and field general courses in similar colleges in China.

Abstract:College students majoring in physical education attach great importance to skill learning and underestimate the learning of core professional courses,a vital path restricting their comprehensive professional growth and success. A significant foothold of teaching reform is improving their enthusiasm and learning effectiveness in learning basic professional theories, and achieving their ability to learn and love learning. An 8-weekteaching reformofsportsphysiologybased on the OBEconcept was implementedfor112college students majoring in physical education in 2022. It was found that the intervention significantly improved the ability of college students majoring in physical education to explain knowledge points in a complete, scientific, and targeted manner and significantly improved their written language expression ability and logical ability in organising language. This has significant practical value for becoming a qualified physical education teacher in the future.Future research will conduct multidimensional and comprehensive evaluations of the effectiveness of teaching reforms based on this foundation and trackrelevant information such as student employment.

Abstract:Based on the methods of literature,interview and logic analysis,this paper studies the notion of traditional physical education mode and analyzes its deficiencies and development.In addition,it also states that the new teaching mode should attach importance to not only the imparting of knowledge,but also to the cultivating of non-intelligential factors.Teachers’ evaluation should be combined with students’ evaluation and diagnostic evaluation should be combined with formative evaluation and conclusive evaluation.We should stress both students’ subjectivity and teachers’ guiding function.Teachers should renew their knowledge constantly and try to attract students with their notable spiritual appearance and their characteristics.They should make use of science and technology properly,take in others’ advantages to make up for their own deficiencies,learn from each other and integrate with each other.

Abstract:Abstract Today, with the rapid development of the Internet era, the advancement of science and technology has gradually stepped into our daily lives as Internet technology. The Internet provides a great teaching platform for the innovative teaching methods of the physical education model, providing it with a wealth of physical education resources and informatization and modern teaching technology, in order to realize the reasonable application of Internet technology in the teaching of physical education and track and field. The real role of Internet technology. This paper conducts in-depth research on the practice of using Internet technology in sports track and field teaching, and finds that sports track and field teaching attaches great importance to and lacks in the application of Internet technology to assist teaching, and conducts in-depth analysis and research on the mode of teaching using Internet technology. This paper conducts research and investigation on the students of two experimental teaching classes in the University of Physical Education, and divides them into an experimental teaching class (N=50) and an experimental comparison class (N=50). The purpose is to use Internet technology in actual sports. The research of practice teaching in track and field teaching activities lays a good foundation for the next analysis. The article first analyzes the current status of the use of Internet technology in college sports track and field teaching, and then explores the necessity of its application by optimizing the sports track and field teaching mode and meeting the needs of modern physical education reform. This article takes the innovative research of college sports track and field teaching under the Internet technology as the topic, adopts the literature method, expert interview method, etc., to discuss how to better integrate information technology in the Internet era with college physical education, and then improve college students’ understanding of sports. Curriculum, and even sports interest and attention are discussed and researched, which provides reference information for the innovation of college physical education. The experimental research results show that this article combines Internet information technology with traditional teaching methods, through online and offline interactive teaching, promotes the interaction between teachers and students, improves the teaching effect, and improves the quality of teaching.

Abstract:College Physical Education is an important part of the whole higher education. In order to optimize Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools PE curriculum setting and Reform College PE teaching in Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools.The paper studies PE documentation, teaching practice, teaching subjects, teaching-led teaching environment of Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions in china by literature review, questionnaire and interview. The result shows that Teaching the basic integrity of the document, standard, but does not reflect the characteristics of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools sports;Education was the main motivation for diversification trend sports, sports a soft spot for foreign;Teaching-led structure has its own characteristics, but the school is not conducive to sustainable development;Barely meet the physical education field devices to work with students on the sports needs were quite different.And analysis of this study, presented by "international" training as the goal of foreign cooperation in running schools sports development ideas, to Chinese and foreign cooperation in running schools provide physical education to carry out the work of reference.
