Abstract:Circularly polarized light (CPL) is a versatile tool to prepare chiral nanostructures, but the mechanism for inducing enantioselectivity is not well understood. This work shows that the energy and polarization of visible photons can initiate photodeposition at different sites on plasmonic nanocrystals.
