Abstract:<p>In the minimal supersymmetric model, the coannihilation of the lighter stop <span class="math"><math>t˜1</math></span> and bino-like dark matter <em>χ</em> provides a feasible way to accommodate the correct dark matter relic abundance. In this scenario, due to the compressed masses, <span class="math"><math>t˜1</math></span> merely appears as missing energy at the LHC and thus the pair production of <span class="math"><math>t˜1</math></span> can only be probed by requiring an associated energetic jet. Meanwhile, since <span class="math"><math>t˜2</math></span> and <span class="math"><math>b˜1</math></span> are correlated in mass and mixing with <span class="math"><math>t˜1</math></span>, the production of <span class="math"><math>t˜2t˜2⁎</math></span> or <span class="math"><math>b˜1b˜1⁎</math></span>, each of which dominantly decays into <span class="math"><math>t˜1</math></span> plus <em>Z</em>, <em>h</em> or <em>W</em> boson, may serve as a complementary probe. We examine all these processes at the HL-LHC and find that the 2<em>σ</em> sensitivity to <em>χ</em> mass can be as large as about 570 GeV, 600 GeV for <span class="math"><math>mt˜2≲1100</math></span> GeV and 1.1 TeV for <span class="math"><math>mb˜1≲1375</math></span> GeV from the production process of <span class="math"><math>t˜1t˜1⁎+jet</math></span>, <span class="math"><math>t˜2t˜2⁎</math></span> and <span class="math"><math>b˜1b˜1⁎</math></span>, respectively.</p>
