Abstract:With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the explosive growth of information technology, timely and accurate information has become an important support for scientific decision-making and business success. At the same time, people pay more attention to the learning and accumulation of knowledge. Knowledge has become a valuable resource that individuals and organizations compete to possess.
