Abstract:With the tourism industry's development,a large number of resorts with deferent levels and areas,complex mechanisms,diversity resources,local market structures boomed out.In order to guide the resort development,the National Tourism Administration organized a national online investigation on the resorts resources types,market structure,tourism product,service facility,environment protection and community coordination in 2009,and systematically analyzed the collected data.Through the analysis we found that the current development of Chinese resorts has following problems such as high enthusiasm but faulty perceptions,constructions without planning,many facilities without Uniclue features,more festivals but less routine activities,more attention on management but less on services.Based on the above investigation and analysis,we further predict that the future resorts' market will prefer the development of healthy type,theme type and compound type.Meantime the tourists will like self-help travel.The resorts' products will tend to be more localized and intelligent,less interet on facility but more on activities,and the remarkable integration of culture.The resorts' development should pay more attention to the general plan,outstanding theme and careful service as while as focus on community coordination and ability construction.
