Comfort nursing theory on the postoperative rehabilitation quality and nursing satisfaction of patients with intracranial aneurysm

Abstract:Aneurysm is a common clinical disease, which mainly originates from the artery and causes damage, resulting in localized or diffuse expansion of the arterial wall. Its main clinical manifestations are expansive and pulsatile masses, which can occur anywhere in the arterial system. [ 1–3 ] At present, aneurysm clipping is the main treatment for aneurysms, but surgery is an invasive treatment, which causes certain damage to the machine experience and is difficult to operate. [ 2 ] Due to the particularity of the disease site, the severity of the disease and the diversity of symptoms and signs, patients are prone to some emergencies during the perioperative period. [ 1 , 4 ] High quality nursing is the key to strengthen the effect of surgical treatment. Therefore, how to do a good job in patients' high-quality nursing has become the focus of clinical nursing research. Comfort nursing from the perspective of high-quality nursing is a holistic, individualized, creative and effective nursing model. [ 5–7 ] This study compared the effects of comfort nursing and routine nursing on the postoperative rehabilitation progress of patients with intracranial aneurysms from the perspective of high-quality nursing, and discussed the nursing effect of comfort nursing on patients with intracranial aneurysms from the perspective of high-quality nursing.
