Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on quality of life and negative emotions in stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods A total of 130 patients with cerebral apoplexy accompanied by dysphagia who visited the hospital from June 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the study objects. All the children were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method, 60 cases of each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, and the research group carried out cognitive behavior intervention on the basis of routine nursing.A health measurement scale (SF-36) was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups. The Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) were used to evaluate the psychological status of the patients in the two groups, and the negative emotional status of the patients in the two groups was compared. Results After 2 months of intervention, the total SF-36 score of the research group was (78±10), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (62±16), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The SF-36 scores of the two groups in 2 months after intervention were significantly better than those before intervention (P<0.05). The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the 2 months after intervention of the research group were reduced to (6.28±1.63) and (7.72±2.63), which were significantly lower than those in the control group (13.46±4.25) and (19.54±5.38), and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the HAMA and HAMD scores were significantly better than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Cognitive behavior intervention is helpful to improve the self-care ability of stroke patients with dysphagia, relieve their psychological state and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
