The application of scenario simulation in the class teaching of management secretary practice for health management specialty

Abstract:In order to help students to apply theory to practice and improve their ability of problem-solving, the scenario simulation was applied to the class teaching of management secretary practice for health management specialty. Itiscomposed of three phrases: task allocation, and material preparation, basic background and scene interpretation and evaluation. The scenario simulation is able to combine and deduce the knowledge by simulating such scenes as office work, meeting room and unexcepted incidents, which can help student to consolidate knowledge and enhance their team spirit and participating awareness. Meanwhile, teachers can better realize the teaching objectives through interesting class teaching. Key words: Health management; Scenario simulation; Teaching methods
