Abstract:Conjugated linoleic acid is natural fatty acid that has a great variety of physiological activity.A high conjugated linoleic acid producing mutant was screened from Lactobacillus acidophilus after UV and its fermentation conditions were optimized.Taking 30s UV radiation exposure as the appropriate processing time,mutagenic activity increased by 1.51 times.On the enzyme production medium conditions were optimized,the enzyme activity increased compared with those without pre-optimized by 1.1 fold.
