Abstract:Carbon fiber reinforced copper matrix composites is a kind of metal matrix composites with a great potential for the development.A review on the preparation technology and the progress in the study of the physical and mechanical performance(including strength,hardness,thermal conductivity,friction and wear properties)are presented,as well as the application in fields of aerospace,automotive,electronics,etc.of the carbon fiber reinforced copper matrix composites.On the basis of the research situation,a future development view is prospected.
