Abstract:Peripheral ossifying fibroma is a reactive lesion that develops in response to trauma or irritation of the gingival tissue, typically occurring in the anterior maxillary region. In this case, a 27-year-old male patient presented with gingival swelling in the anterior mandibular area. Upon clinical examination, a painless nodular lesion measuring 1.5 centimeters in diameter was observed. The lesion appeared fibrous, did not bleed, and was confined to the free marginal gingiva between the lower central incisors.
