Abstract:Abstract: Accounting basic professional ethics refers to the behavior and norms that accountants should follow. It reflects the professional skills, professional ethics and influence on the social economic environment of accountants. With the development of the times, financial information has become the basis for the parties to participate in the decision of the social market economy, so the importance of the basic professional ethics of accounting has become increasingly prominent. In recent years, accounting fraud has become more and more serious due to the irregularities of accountants' basic professional ethics, which has affected the development of the social market economy. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the construction of accounting professional ethics, improve the moral standard of accountants, resolutely crack down on false accounts, standardize the order of our accounting market and eliminate corruption. Although accounting ethics receives a lot of attention today, many scholars still treat it as a separate discipline, rather than just combining it with false financial statements, fraud, and fraudulent activities. This article delves into the ethical standards of accounting practitioners in China and explores the reasons for this phenomenon from different perspectives. Through this work, it proposes some effective measures to promote the fairness and transparency of China's accounting work and create a healthy financial environment for society.

Abstract:Any country is facing the problem of ethics of professional accountants, which also has been a focus of accounting theories for many years. Abstract:The normal operation of the capital market is inseparable from the high-quality accounting information; accountants’ professional ethics education behavior has impacted some investors' confidence in the capital market. The higher pressure, supervision and ethical development level have always influenced the accounting practice. This paper studies the accountants’ professional ethics from the angle of accounting environment, and puts forward some measures to improve the accountants’ professional ethics. The results show that the work environment factors such as superior pressure and supervision are taken into account when the accountants make the decision of ethics education behavior. The experimental results show that the ethics strength has little influence on the professional ethics intention of the accountants, but the interaction among the superior pressure, the supervision and the level of ethical development affects the occurrence of the intention of accountants’ professional ethics. The research in this paper provides the experimental and theoretical basis for the study of accountants’ professional ethics.

WAYS TO IMPROVE CONSTRUCTION EFFICIENCY

Abstract:The article reveals important aspects of the profession of an accountant, the ethical norms of accountant ́s behaviour, and the social and moral norms of behavior for individuals in this professional group. The main objectives of business ethics are highlighted, including key components of the professional accounting ethics, which were originally developed in the United States in the form of an ethical code for accountants. The essence of professional ethics for accountants and auditors is defined as a code of relevant rules that determine the behavior of specialists in the workplace, as well as norms that correspond to existing legislative and regulatory acts and official regulatory documents, professional knowledge, relationships in the team, a deep awareness of moral responsibility for performance professional duties. An important place in professional ethics belongs to consideration of the professional responsibility of a specialist in the field of accounting and auditing. The authors note that it is relevant for the domestic market to adhere to foreign practices, where violations of professional ethics, including the code of ethics for professional accountants and auditors, can lead to the revocation of a license to practice within the profession after review by special committees. The priority role in the education of highly qualified specialists and their compliance with ethical rules belongs to the sphere of education, particularly higher educational institutions, advanced training courses, webinars, conferences, etc. Science, education, and practical experience of specialists should create the basis for professional knowledge, skills, values, ethics, and attitudes toward the profession. The article describes the profession of an accountant as one of the most responsible professions, as errors in financial documents can result in significant fines for business owners. Competencies and personal characteristics of accountants in modern conditions and the realities of our lives are also mentioned.
