Design and the test results Analysis of the horizontal feed cleaning machine

Abstract:The original C shape tube cleaning machine can only arc feeding. The cleaning target distance is not well- distributed. Now a cam limit device is designed. The C tube feeds under the drive of the motor,at the same time revolves around the center point under the effect of a round rotating wheel and a limiting plate. 3D cleaning nozzle feeds nearby the tank center line. The test results in Hohhot Petrochemical of PetroChina Co.,and Dushanzi Petrochemical of PetroChina Co.,show that the target distance of the horizontal feed cleaning machine is smaller than the C tube arc feed cleaning machine, the cleaning lines is more well- distributed,clean water reduces 20%,cleaning effect is much better.
