Abstract:Purpose: To compare the safety and effectiveness of standalone Kahook Dual Blade (KDB) excisional goniotomy to standalone ab-interno Xen gel stent implantation in eyes with moderate-to-severe open-angle glaucoma (OAG). Methods: A single-center, retrospective study including eyes with moderate-to-severe OAG undergoing standalone KDB goniotomy or Xen gel stent implantation was conducted. Intraocular pressure (IOP), the number of antiglaucoma medications taken daily, and best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) were recorded at baseline and for up to 36-months. Primary outcomes assessed included changes from baseline in IOP and the number of antiglaucoma medications taken. Intergroup comparisons were conducted using independent-samples Student's t-tests. The incidence of intraoperative and postoperative adverse events and the need for glaucoma surgical re-interventions were also recorded. Results: Eyes receiving standalone KDB (n=26) or Xen gel stent (n=45) surgery were analyzed. The baseline mean IOP and number of antiglaucoma medications in both groups were as follows: KDB: 23.2 ± 6.0 mmHg, 2.2 ± 1.4 medications; Xen: 22.7 ± 8.8 mmHg, 3.0 ± 1.0 medications. At 36 months, IOP was reduced to 16.6 ± 5.4 mmHg in KDB eyes (n=23, -23.5%; p=0.0004) and 15.3 ± 5.6 mmHg in Xen gel stent eyes (n=15, -22.1%; p=0.006), while number of antiglaucoma medications was reduced to 1.1 ± 0.7 (-30.8%; p=0.0005) and 2.2 ± 1.4 (-25.6%; p=0.01), respectively. Three eyes (11.5%) in the KDB group and 19 eyes (42.2%) in the Xen gel stent group required additional surgery before month 36 due to refractory high IOP. Conclusion: Both KDB goniotomy and Xen gel stent implantation significantly lowered the IOP and antiglaucoma medication burden in patients with moderate-to-severe OAG. While the Xen gel stent is frequently used to treat moderate-to-severe OAG patients with uncontrolled IOP, standalone KDB goniotomy may be equally effective as a long-term intervention, reducing the need for subsequent glaucoma surgery.

Abstract:Abstract Background Glaucoma patients undergoing phacoemulsification alone have a higher rate of refractive surprise compared to patients without glaucoma. This risk is further increased with combined filtering procedures. Indeed, there are few and conflicting reports on the effect of combined phacoemulsification and micro-invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). Here, we look at refractive outcomes of glaucoma patients undergoing phacoemulsification with and without Kahook Dual Blade (KDB) goniotomy. Methods Retrospective chart review of 385 glaucomatous eyes of 281 patients, which underwent either phacoemulsification alone ( n = 309) or phacoemulsification with KDB goniotomy ( n = 76, phaco-KDB) at the University of Colorado. The main outcome was refractive surprise defined as the difference in target and postoperative refraction spherical equivalent greater than ±0.5 Diopter (D). Results Refractive surprise greater than ±0.5 D occurred in 26.3% of eyes in the phaco-KDB group and 36.2% in the phacoemulsification group ( p = 0.11). Refractive surprise greater than ±1.0 D occurred in 6.6% for the phaco-KDB group and 9.7% for the phacoemulsification group ( p = 0.08). There was no significant difference in risk of refractive surprise when pre-operative IOP, axial length, keratometry or performance of KDB goniotomy were assessed in univariate analyses. Conclusion There was no difference between refractive outcomes of glaucomatous patients undergoing phacoemulsification with or without KDB goniotomy.

Abstract:Aim: To review the efficacy and safety of two common postoperative regimens following Kahook Dual Blade goniotomy with phacoemulsification cataract extraction (KDB-CE).Materials and methods: This is a retrospective review of eyes undergoing KDB-CE from May 2016 to 2018 by a single surgeon. Almost 12-month follow-up data were assessed for two common postop regimens-treatment with (1) topical prednisolone acetate 1% with pilocarpine 1% (pred-pilo) or (2) difluprednate 0.05% postoperatively. Postoperative results were compared to each respective baseline intraocular pressure (IOP) levels.Results: There were 53 eyes in the difluprednate group and 25 eyes in the pred-pilo group. In the difluprednate group, the IOP decreased at postoperative day 1 (POD1) [16 ± 5 baseline vs 15 ± 5 POD1, mean ± standard deviation (SD) in mm Hg, and p = 0.321], but increased at postoperative week 1 (POW1) due to a 15% rate of IOP-spikes (19 ± 9, p = 0.099). The number of IOP-lowering drops decreased from baseline (2 ± 1 drops) to 1 ± 1 drops at POD1 (p < 0.0001), and remained at 1 ± 1 drops through postoperative month 12 (POM12) (p < 0.0001). In the pred-pilo group, there was a statistically significant decrease in mean IOP at POW1 (16 ± 4 POW1 vs 18 ± 6 baseline, p = 0.044), which persisted through POM6. The number of IOP-lowering drops was not statistically significantly lower from baseline at POM3 (2 ± 1 at POM3, p = 0.188). Spikes in IOP, corneal edema, and hyphema were the most common complications.Conclusion: Both postoperative regimens were effective following KDB-CE at reducing IOP at 12 months. The difluprednate group was likely to experience an IOP-spike at POW1 but used fewer IOP-lowering drops 12 months after KDB goniotomy. In the pred-pilo group, the number of IOP-lowering drops was equivalent to baseline levels at POM3. Aside from IOP spikes, there were similar complication rates observed between the two postoperative regimens. Due to demographic differences, it was not possible to compare relative IOP-lowering efficacy between the two postoperative regimens.Clinical significance: It is efficacious and safe to use either postoperative regimen following KBD-CE. Abstract:Abstract Background Glaucoma surgery have been developed to lower intraocular pressure in a less invasive manner than traditional glaucoma surgery. The purpose of this article is to determine the outcome of using combined phacoemulsification technique, ab-interno trabeculectomy dual blade and endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation (ECP) surgeries in patients with primary open angle glaucoma. Methods A retrospective case series was performed on 27 consecutive eyes with both primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and cataract; each eye was treated with combined phacoemulsification, ab-interno trabeculectomy-Kahook Dual Blade and Endocyclophotocoagulation at Instituto de ojos Oftalmosalud, Lima, Peru, between April 2017 and May 2017. Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with uncontrolled mild to advanced POAG (according to Glaucoma Grading Scale HODAPP) 2) cataract condition 3) treatment with two or more glaucoma medications due to rapid progression in the visual fields (at least two in a short period of time). Intraocular pressure (IOP), best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) logMAR and number of glaucoma medications were recorded prior to the study, at day 1, week 1, and 1,3,6 and 9 months after surgery. Primary outcome measure was surgical success defined in terms of IOP < 14 mmHg either with no medications (complete success) or with medications (qualified success). Results A total of 27 eyes from 27 patients were included. The mean basal IOP was 17.0 ± 3.7 mmHg and postoperatively was 11.6 ± 1.9 mmHg and 11.4 ± 1.8 mmHg ( P < 0.001) at 6 and 9 months respectively. Glaucoma medications decreased from 1.9 ± 1.4 to 0.56 ± 1.05 at 9 month follow-ups ( P < 0.001). Preoperative best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) showed and improvement from 0.4 ± 0.4 LogMAR to 0.2 ± 0.4 logMAR at 9 months. The main complication was blood reflux intra-operatively (66.7%), which resolved without re-operation. The mean IOP was reduced by 32.9% from baseline and the surgical success was 92,6%, (complete success 70,3% and qualified success 29,6%) at 9 months. Conclusions In patients with POAG, combined treatment with phacoemulsification, ab-interno trabeculectomy and endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation effectively reduced IOP and glaucoma medication dependence.

Abstract:As cataract occurs frequently in patients with glaucoma, combining phacoemulsification and endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation has been gaining attention recently due to its minimally invasive nature. A variety of studies had evaluated the efficacy and safety of this procedure and had shown extremely promising results. This review article has shown here that combined phacoemulsification and endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation procedure could effectively reduce intraocular pressure in medically uncontrolled glaucoma patients while avoiding serious complications associated with traditional cyclophotocoagulation procedure and adverse effects related to filtering surgery such as trabeculectomy.
Six-Month Outcomes of Goniotomy Performed with a Trapezoidal Dual Blade in Combination with Cataract Surgery

Abstract:Purpose: To assess the efficacy and safety of goniotomy using a uniquely shaped trapezoidal, serrated dual blade (TDB), designed to accommodate variability in patient anatomy, in reducing intraocular pressure (IOP) or anti-glaucoma medications (AGM) in adult glaucoma patients when combined with cataract surgery. Patients and methods: Retrospective consecutive case series of patients with glaucoma who underwent phacoemulsification with TDB-goniotomy were included. Preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative data were collected over 6 months. The primary outcome measure was surgical success, defined as IOP reduction ≥20% from baseline at 6 months, and/or reduction of at least 1 AGM. Postoperative adverse events were collected as a secondary outcome measure. Results: Sixty-five eyes of 46 patients were included with data available on 53 eyes at 6 months. Primary open-angle (38%), primary angle-closure (37%), and mixed-mechanism glaucoma (11%) were the most common diagnoses. Most cases were severe (48%) or moderate (32%) stage. At the 6-month mark, surgical success was achieved in 92% of eyes by either or both criteria. Mean preoperative IOP decreased from 18.4 mmHg (SE 0.83) to 13.0 mmHg (SE 0.37) (p<0.001) at postoperative month 6. Mean AGM decreased from 2.46 (SE 0.19) preoperatively to 1.45 (SE 0.17) (p<0.001). The most common postoperative complication was an IOP spike at postoperative week 1 (11%). No serious adverse events occurred related to the goniotomy. Conclusion: TDB-goniotomy in combination with cataract surgery safely and effectively lowered IOP and reduced AGM burden in adults with various types and severities of glaucoma over 6-months of follow-up.
Risk factors for transient ciliochoroidal detachment after goniotomy with the Kahook Dual Blade

Abstract:To investigate ciliochoroidal detachment (CCD) frequency and risk factors after performing goniotomy with the Kahook Dual Blade (KDB). The presence of CCD was examined using anterior-segment optical coherence tomography at postoperative day (POD) 1, month 1, and month 2 in 91 eyes of patients who underwent goniotomy with KDB. Intraocular pressure (IOP) was also measured at POD 1, POD 7, month 1 and month 2. A generalized linear mixed model analysis was used to compare the age, gender, axial length, central corneal thickness, surgical procedure (combined or single), operators (K.H. or H.O.), glaucoma type and preoperative IOP between the groups. Factors were selected from the variants when there was a probability value of less than 0.05. CCD was detected in 18 eyes (19.7%) at POD 1. For postoperative IOP, no significant differences were observed between the CCD and non-CCD groups. However, the IOP on POD 1 in the CCD that was associated with the anterior chamber group (7.7 ± 3.0 mmHg) was significantly lower than that in the non-CCD group (15.3 ± 0.9 mmHg) ( P = 0.02). Mixed-effects model analysis demonstrated that the surgical procedure (combined) and operator (H.O.) were significantly associated with the higher incidence of CCD. Approximately one-fifth of all eyes exhibited CCD after goniotomy with KDB. Combining cataract surgery and goniotomy with KDB and the intraoperative procedure during the goniotomy with KDB were all found to be risk factors for developing CCD.

Comparison of Efficacy between 120° and 180° Schlemm’s Canal Incision Microhook Ab Interno Trabeculotomy

Abstract:We compared surgical outcomes in patients with either primary open-angle glaucoma or exfoliation glaucoma after undergoing combined phacoemulsification with either a 120° or 180° incision during a Schlemm’s canal microhook ab interno trabeculotomy (μLOT-Phaco). This retrospective comparative case series examined 52 μLOT-Phaco eyes that underwent surgery between September 2017 and December 2020. Surgical qualified success was defined as an intraocular pressure (IOP) of ≤20 mmHg, ≥20% IOP reduction with IOP-lowering medications, and no additional glaucoma surgery. Success rates were evaluated by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis. The number of postoperative IOP-lowering medications and occurrence of complications were also assessed. Mean preoperative IOP in the 120° group was 16.9 ± 7.6 mmHg, which significantly decreased to 10.9 ± 2.7 mmHg (p < 0.01) and 11.1 ± 3.1 mmHg (p = 0.01) at 12 and 24 months, respectively. The mean number of preoperative IOP-lowering medications significantly decreased from 2.8 ± 1.4 to 1.4 ± 1.4 (p < 0.01) at 24 months. Mean preoperative IOP in the 180° group was 17.1 ± 7.0 mmHg, which significantly decreased to 12.1 ± 3.2 mmHg (p = 0.02) and 12.9 ± 1.4 mmHg (p = 0.01) at 12 and 24 months, respectively. The mean number of preoperative IOP-lowering medications significantly decreased from 2.9 ± 1.2 to 1.4 ± 1.5 (p < 0.01) at 24 months. The probability of qualified success at 24 months in the 120° and 180° groups was 50.4% and 54.6%, respectively (p = 0.58). There was no difference observed for hyphema formation or IOP spikes. Surgical outcomes were not significantly different between the 120° and 180° incisions in Schlemm’s canal.

Abstract:PurposeTo report the early postoperative results and safety profile of ab interno microhook trabeculotomy (μLOT) combined with cataract surgery.Patients and methodsThis retrospective observational case series included 68 consecutive glaucomatous eyes of 23 Japanese men and 25 Japanese women [mean (SD) age, 76.0 ± 8.5 years] who underwent μLOT for intraocular pressure (IOP) and visually relevant cataracts. The LOT site/extent, perioperative complications, and complication treatments were collected from the medical and surgical records. The preoperative and postoperative IOP, numbers of antiglaucoma medications, logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution visual acuity (VA), anterior chamber (AC) flare, and corneal endothelial cell density (CECD) were compared.ResultsAfter small incisional cataract surgery, the trabecular meshwork was incised in the nasal (6 eyes, 3.6 ± 0.5 clock hours), temporal (6 eyes, 3.8 ± 0.8 clock hours), or both nasal and temporal (56 eyes, 6.5 ± 0.6 clock hours) angles. The mean preoperative IOP (16.4 ± 2.9 mmHg) and number of antiglaucoma medications (2.4 ± 1.2) decreased significantly (P < 0.0001 and P = 0.0039, respectively) to 11.8 ± 4.5 and 2.1 ± 1.0 mmHg at 9.5 months postoperatively. Compared with the preoperative conditions, the final VA improved (P = 0.0002), the AC flare increased by 6.3 pc/ms (P = 0.0157), and the CECD decreased by 6% (P = 0.0005). Hyphema with niveau formation (28 eyes, 41%) and hyphema washout (6 eyes, 9%) were the most common postoperative complication and intervention, respectively. At the final visit, 54 eyes (79%) had achieved successful IOP control of 15 mmHg or less and IOP reduction of 15% or greater.ConclusionCombined μLOT and cataract surgery improves IOP and VA during the early postoperative period in patients with glaucoma and cataract.

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the preliminary efficacy and safety of ab interno canaloplasty (ABiC) combined with micro-incision cataract surgery for treating primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) combined with cataract. Methods: Prospective case series study. Patients diagnosed with POAG and concurrent cataract were enrolled to receive ABiC combined with micro-incision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the Eye Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from June 2018 to October 2019. Intraocular pressure (IOP), use of hypotensive medications, visual acuity, visual field, and optic nerve at baseline as well as at 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months postoperatively were assessed. Subgroup analyses were further performed to evaluate these data between controlled and uncontrolled POAG, as well as among mild, moderate, and advanced POAG. Success rate and complications were analyzed. Results: A total of 68 eyes in 42 patients completed a follow-up of 12 months. Compared to the baseline IOP under medical control [(18.25±2.65) mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)], the mean postoperative IOP at 1 month [(14.31±3.25) mmHg], 3 months [(14.00±3.09) mmHg], 6 months[ (14.58±2.93) mmHg], and 12 months[ (14.84±2.73) mmHg] was all significantly reduced (P<0.05). The median (upper quadrant, lower quadrant) of the hypotensive medication number was 2.5 (2, 3) at baseline, which was significantly reduced to 0 (0, 1) at 1 month, and 0 (0, 0) at 3, 6, and 12 months (P<0.05). The complete success rate and qualified success rate at 12 months were 80.88%(55/68) and 89.71%(61/68), respectively. No deterioration in the visual field or optical coherence tomography scan of the optic nerve was observed at 12 months compared to the baseline status. Hyphema (26 eyes, 38.24%) and transient IOP spike (23 eyes, 33.82%) were the most common complications, but no severe case was present. Conclusion: ABiC combined with micro-incision cataract surgery is considerably effective and safe in the treatment of POAG combined with cataract in the Chinese population.
Gonioscopic angle evaluation and its correlation with graft survival and post-operative ocular hypertension in patients of Descemet's stripping endothelial keratoplasty

Abstract:Purpose: To evaluate the gonioscopic changes in patients receiving Descemet's stripping endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK) without pre-existing ocular hypertension (OHT) and to report its correlation with post-surgery OHT, graft survival, and visual outcomes. Methods: Adult patients who underwent DSEK surgery from April 2014 to March 2018 with at least 2 years of follow-up were analyzed in this retrospective study. Demographic details, indication of DSEK, necessary anterior and posterior segment findings, and the post-DSEK OHT details were documented. Results: A total of 58 patients (23 males and 35 females) with a mean age of 61.44 ± 8.8 years were included in the study. The most common etiology for DSEK surgery was pseudophakic bullous keratopathy in 47 eyes (81.03%). A total of 22.41% (13/58) eyes showed elevated intra-ocular pressure (IOP) following DSEK surgery. The most common cause of IOP elevation was steroid-induced OHT in seven eyes (12.06%). Gonioscopy examination revealed areas of peripheral anterior synechiae (PAS) in 17 (29.3%) eyes. OHT was found in 4/17 (23.5%) eyes having PAS. Three of these cases required trabeculectomy + goniosynechiolysis (GSL), and the fourth case required GSL alone to control IOP. These four cases also required repeat DSEK for failed grafts. The mean pre-operative best corrected visual acuity was 1.62 logMAR (range 1.17-1.77), which gradually improved to 0.79 logMAR (range 0.3-1.77) after 2 years (p < 0.00001). Conclusion: PAS was found to be an important factor associated with post-DSEK ocular hypertension in our study. OHT in PAS cases required definitive surgical treatments to control IOP. It adversely affected the graft survival and in turn affected visual outcomes also.

Abstract:Abstract To compare the short-term surgical effectiveness and safety profile of trabeculotomy ab externo and ab interno with microhook in terms of the recovery of visual acuity. A retrospective chart review was performed on patients who underwent trabeculotomy combined with phacoemulsification and lens implantation at Asahi General Hospital, with 6 months of follow-up. The patients treated by trabeculotomy were classified into two groups depending on the surgical procedures: ab interno with Tanito microhook (TMH) and ab externo with rigid probe trabeculotome (LOT). The demographics, preoperative and postoperative intraocular pressure (IOP), number of medications (Med), best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), surgical-induced astigmatism (SIA), and postoperative complications were analyzed at pre-operation, and 1 week and 1–6 months post-operation. Fifty-two eyes of 38 Japanese patients underwent TMH and 42 eyes of 32 patients underwent LOT . The decreases in IOP and Med from the baseline were significant at all time points in both groups (p < 0.001), but there were no significant differences between the two groups. BCVA improved significantly in TMH and LOT after the operation (p < 0.001). BCVA and SIA significantly improved, mostly at 1 week in TMH, compared with LOT (p = 0.02 and 0.003). Hyphema and IOP spike exceeding 30 mmHg (spike) occurred in 11% and 6% of participants in TMH, and 33% and 26% of participants in LOT, respectively. Hyphema and IOP spike occurred more frequently in the LOT than in the TMH group (p = 0.01 and 0.005). Ab interno trabeculotomy showed similar IOP-lowering effects as ab externo , but had less postoperative complications.

Abstract:Objective To compare the 1-year outcomes of trabeculotomy ab externo ( ab externo TLO) and trabeculotomy ab interno using a microhook ( ab interno TLO) for glaucoma patients using propensity score analysis. Methods and analysis The medical charts of 65 consecutive patients who underwent ab externo TLO and those of 69 patients who underwent ab interno TLO were reviewed. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to calculate the propensity score using 1:1 matched analysis, which indicates the likelihood of surgical success at 12 months. We set the outcome-related covariates as age, glaucoma type, mean deviation, preoperative intraocular pressure (IOP), the number of preoperative glaucoma eye drops and the presence or absence of combined cataract surgery. Fifty eyes per each surgery group were subsequently compared. Results The mean preoperative IOP was 32.5±11.2 mm Hg in the ab externo TLO group and 28.4±7.8 mm Hg in the ab interno TLO group (p=0.08). The mean postoperative IOP at 12 months was 18.3±7.4 mm Hg in the former group and 17.8±6.3 mm Hg in the latter (p=0.91). When surgical success was defined as a postoperative IOP of between 5 and 21 mm Hg with a more than 20% IOP reduction from baseline and no additional glaucoma surgery, the rate at 12 months was 78% in the ab externo TLO group and 74% in the ab interno TLO group (p=1.00). Conclusion The 1-year success rate was not significantly different between ab externo and ab interno TLO.

Abstract:PurposeTo compare clinical outcomes between trabeculotomy ab externo (TLO) and trabecular ablation ab interno using a Trabectome (TAT) for open angle glaucoma (OAG).Study DesignProspective and retrospective cohort study.MethodsWe prospectively recruited 68 patients who underwent TAT between May 2013 and July 2015, and retrospectively recruited 59 patients who underwent TLO between April 2010 and May 2013. We included OAG patients who could be followed up for more than 12 months after surgery. Surgical outcomes were compared between groups. Kaplan-Meier analyses and Cox proportional hazards’ models were used for four sets of criteria using postoperative intraocular pressures (IOP) ≤ 18 or ≤ 16 mmHg, and/or showing ≥ 20% reduction from baseline.ResultsMean preoperative IOPs were 22.6 ± 7.4 mmHg in the TAT group and 24.3 ± 6.6 mmHg in the TLO group. Mean postoperative IOPs in the TAT group were 15.8 ± 3.6 mmHg at 12-months, and 15.7 ± 5.5 mmHg at 36-months, and 16.0 ± 3.4 mmHg at 12 months and 15.2 ± 3.8 mmHg at 36 months in the TLO group. Postoperatively, success rates at 36-months were significantly higher in the TLO group in some criteria; IOP reductions at 1- and 2- years were significantly higher in the TLO group; these differences were not significant after adjustment with other potential prognostic factors. The number of glaucoma medications were significantly higher in the TAT group, at 2-years (P < 0.001) but not at 3-years (P = 0.22).ConclusionSurgical successes following TLO and TAT are not significantly different 3 years postoperatively after adjustment of potential prognostic factors.

Abstract:Background: The Hydrus Microstent has been shown to be efficacious in the treatment of Open-angle Glaucoma. We previously reported 1-year results of the Hydrus Microstent in Black and Afro-Latino patients. Objective: Here we report two-year results of the Hydrus Microstent in Black and Afro-Latino patients with mild to moderate open-angle glaucoma. Design: This was a retrospective, nonrandomized study that was carried out at two private practices in Harlem, NY and Queens, NY. Methods: This study consisted of Black and Afro Latino patients who had a Hydrus Microstent implanted for the treatment of glaucoma. The evaluated parameters were intraocular pressure (IOP), reductions in the number of medications, mean deviation on visual field test and visual acuity. We excluded persons with advanced glaucoma and incomplete data. We included those with mild to moderate glaucoma and had complete two-year follow-up data. Results: The study consisted of 86 patients and 86 eyes. The mean age was 69. The mean pre-op IOP was 14.1 on 2.17 medications. At two years the mean IOP was 14 (p = 0.651) on 0.42 medications (p = 0.000003); 88% of patients were medication free (p = 0.651), The MD on the visual field changed little from -5.73 preoperatively to -5.21 at two years. There were 3 intraocular pressure spikes and 1 case of hyphema that were treated and had complete resolution. No patients required secondary surgery. Conclusion: Our results show that at two years the Hydrus Microstent can maintain low intraocular pressures, reduce medication burden and, in aggregate, experienced little change in visual field Mean Deviation in Black and Afro Latino patients with mild to moderate glaucoma.
