Seedling substrate and manufacturing method thereof

Abstract:The invention discloses a nursery substrate and a method for manufacturing the same. The main compositions in percentage by volume of the nursery substrate are 0 to 20 percent of grass carbon, 40 to 60 percent of peat, 20 to 35 percent of vermiculite and 10 to 15 percent of perlite; the compositions are mixed and taken as a base number; moreover, 1.5 to 2.0kilograms of diammonium phosphate, 0.2 to 0.5kilograms of microorganism organic fertilizer and 0.15 to 0.3kilograms of microelement addition agent are added in each cubic meter of the mixture. According to the proportion, grass carbon, peat, vermiculite, perlite, diammonium phosphate, microorganism organic fertilizer and microelement addition agent are put in an agitator after high-temperature sterilization for stirring and sieving, thereby obtaining the nursery substrate. The nursery substrate has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, long fertilizer efficiency and strong seedling, and is particularly suitable for being popularized and used in factory breeding for melon, fruit and vegetable and root stock grafted seedling.
