Method of PLC in SBR sewage treatment

Abstract:This paper used PLC( Programmable Logic Controller) to control the SBR( Sequencing Batch Reactor) sewage treatment system. This paper first briefly introduces the definition of PLC and SBR in sewage treatment system of the process,and then introduces the principle of SBR system,control system of sewage treatment PLC,on this basis,the hardware and software of the system,including the selection of PLC and other major resources configuration,PLC programming and debugging. The control method is simple,flexible,high efficiency and energy saving,in line with the development trend of modern sewage treatment required by the flexible multi function,which is one of the main reasons that the PLC is widely used in the wastewater treatment process.
