Abstract:Zhu et al. reveal heightened immunotherapy responsiveness in older individuals with cancers and uncover distinct T cell markers in the tumor microenvironment through single-cell RNA-seq analysis. An aging-enriched enterotype associated with improved outcomes is identified, and the therapeutic potential of fecal microbiota transplantation is demonstrated in mouse models.
