Abstract:The purpose of this research is to determine the calculation of the depreciation cost allocation for fixed assets and its effect on operating income when using other alternative methods such as the double-declining balance depreciation method. Fixed assets will experience a decrease in economic value due to usage, damage, and obsolescence due to economic factors and technical factors. The method of depreciation of fixed assets that are used must be following the applicable accounting financial accounting standards, including the straight-line depreciation method and the double-declining balance depreciation method. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data types. Secondary data obtained in this study are from the official website of the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) in the form of financial reports and fixed asset data for 2014-2018. The type of data of this research is quantitative, while the data processing method is the straight-line method and the multiple declining balance method. The results of the analysis in this study can be concluded that the method of depreciation of fixed assets used by the company is the straight-line depreciation method because operating income which is influenced by the straight-line depreciation method has a higher result compared to the double-decreasing balance depreciation method.

Abstract:This study was conducted with the aim to know the accounting policy ofdepreciation of fixed assets determined by the company and how the influence ofaccounting policy depreciation of fixed assets applied by the company to thecompany's earnings. The research method used is descriptive method of analysis isa research that aims to collect data that have a relationship with the problemsstudied, then processed and analyzed and then the solution. While the data used isquantitative data in the form of numbers. After examining and analyzing thecompany's treatment in calculating depreciation for fixed assets, it can beconcluded that the accounting policy of depreciation of fixed assets applied by thecompany has been in accordance with the applicable financial accountingstandards that is straight-line method and the use of different methods will result indifferent amounts of depreciation. Using the straight-line method of depreciationexpense for each fixed period, profits generated in the early years are greater thanin subsequent years. While in the method of balance decreased multiplydepreciation expense higher in the early years and lower load in the coming period.The resulting profits were smaller in the early years and were greater in previousyears.

Abstract:The presence of an internal control system of fixed assets that will assist management in supervising, monitors costs incurred when fixed assets are acquired until property, plant, and equipment are released. Adding or extending the useful life of fixed assets and assisting in increasing the operational contribution and productive capacity of the company's fixed assets maintain security, check the accuracy and correctness of data from the company's fixed assets. This study aims to determine the implementation of the structure of Internal Controls of Fixed Assets conducted in PT Lumbung Berkat Indonesia which is a type of construction company. The analysis method used is descriptive method. Data type is qualitative data with secondary data source. The result of the research shows that internal control in PT Lumbung Berkat Indonesia has not been effective yet. This is seen from the lack of separation of duties and responsibilities between the finance and accounting departments, the absence of an audit committee, never conducting tests and measurements on fixed assets. Any decision relating to fixed assets shall first be authorized by the President Director, but the company never conducts physical property checks and matching with fixed assets records. There is also no expenditure on capital and revenues. Depreciation method used is straight line depreciation and implemented continuously every year. However, the list of fixed assets of the company has not been up to date since the company only attaches fixed assets in the form of buildings and vehicles in the project (excluding vehicles and inventory in the office).Keywords: Internal Control, Fixed Assets.

Abstract:This paper aims described analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of fixed asset management at the Binjai District Office, Langkat Regency. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study were the observation of the work of employees who handle fixed assets, interviews with employees who handle fixed assets, and documentation of documents related to fixed assets at the Binjai District Office of Langkat Regency. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that: the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of fixed asset management at the Binjai District Office of Langkat Regency have not been effective as seen from the incompatibility of timeliness, the accuracy of cost calculations against applicable regulations.

Abstract:The company's operational activities aim to generate profits to survive and be competitive. Efforts to generate maximum profits cannot be separated from the effective use of company assets The objective of this study is to assess asset management at PT. Tri Ananda Pratama Balikpapan from the perspectives of receivables, inventories, fixed assets, total assets, and working capital turnover to sustain sustainable profitability as determined by net profit margin (NPM) from 2017 to 2019. Ratios are used by the analytical tool; the activity ratio, which includes the working capital, fixed asset, inventory, and account receivable turnover ratios, is one type of ratio that is used. In addition, the net profit margin (NPM) ratio is employed to assess the ongoing profitability of the business. The research results demonstrate that total asset turnover, inventory, fixed assets, and accounts receivable can all raise NPM. However, NPM cannot be raised by working capital turnover. Based on the research results, it is implied that companies can optimize their use by detailing and understanding the needs and life cycle of assets. This will help reduce waste and increase operational efficiency.

Abstract:This research is conducted to analyze the the fixed asset accounting policies at KPPBC Type Madya Pabean C Pasar Baru Post Office for financial reports for the 2017-2018 fiscal year. The research method used is through a qualitative approach. To support this research, data collection methods were carried out consisting of literature studies, field studies and interviews. The results of the study can be concluded that the application of fixed asset accounting at KPPBC TMP C Pasar Baru Post Office as a whole is in accordance with the fixed asset accounting policy, however there is a presentation and disclosure of fixed assets in the balance sheet and notes on financial statements that are still not in accordance with government accounting standards and statutory regulations. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa penerapan kebijakan akuntansi aset tetap pada KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean C Kantor Pos Pasar Baru untuk laporan keuangan periode tahun anggaran 2017-2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk mendukung penelitian tersebut, dilakukan metode pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari studi literatur, studi lapangan, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan akuntansi aset tetap pada KPPBC TMP C Kantor Pos Pasar Baru secara keseluruhan telah sesuai dengan kebijakan akuntansi aset tetap, namun masih terdapat penyajian dan pengungkapan aset tetap dalam neraca dan CaLK yang masih belum sesuai dengan standar akuntansi pemerintah dan peraturan perundang-undangan.

Suka Maju is the whereabouts of fixed assets that are unknown, whether they are still in the warehouse or have been moved to another outlet/center. This is because sometimes the company opens a new branch or the head of the outlet needs fixed assets, then HR/GA moves the fixed assets from the warehouse to the outlet. Without communicating/reporting with central management so that central management does not know the position of the fixed assets. This results in central management not knowing the position of these assets and fixed asset reports not being in accordance with actual conditions. The main objective of this research is to design and develop a system that can manage company fixed assets effectively and efficiently by utilizing web technology. This system is expected to be able to increase accuracy and speed in the process of recording, tracking and managing fixed assets at PT Suka Maju. The research methodology used includes the needs analysis, system design, development and testing stages. At the needs analysis stage, interviews and observations were conducted to identify the needs and problems faced in managing fixed assets in the company. The results of this analysis become the basis for system design which includes database design, user interface, and system functionality. The research results show that this web-based fixed asset management system is able to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of asset management at PT Suka Maju. System users report improvements in the speed of access to information, accuracy of asset data, and ease of reporting and auditing assets. Thus, it is hoped that this system can be the right solution for PT Suka Maju in managing their fixed assets better

Abstract:The company has goal of making profit so the company's performance increases well. The concept of measuring financial performance is done by making financial analysis such as measuring company finances with financial ratio analysis. Ratio analysis that can be used by companies is Economic Value Added (EVA), Financial Value Added (FVA), or Return On Assets (ROA). This research technique is a comparative descriptive analysis technique. Primary data were collected and obtained through observational interviews, documentation studies and literature studies, secondary data obtained from literature related to the research topic. Financial reports as the object of research. The results show the analysis of PT.BUANA's financial performance with EVA measurement has a positive increase from 2019 to 2020. Financial performance with EVA has a positive increase which can prove the company operates consistently. In profit, analysis of PT.BUANA's financial performance with the measurement of FVA experienced a negative decline from 2019 to 2020. A negative decline can prove the level of net income generated by the company cannot cover investment in assets in the company. Analysis of PT.BUANA's financial performance with ROA decreased in percentage from 2019 to 2020. This proves the company's ability to use capital and generate profits has decreased.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the implementation of fixed asset management by measuring the importance and performance of crucial factors of fixed asset management that has been applied by Local government of Merauke Regency in 2017.This research uses quantitative description approach and purposive sampling technique to get 39 sample respondents. The variables used in this study have been adjusted base on laws and regulation on local assetmanagement. Tools of analysis are Importance-Performance Analysis which measure the importance level of any factors that influence the performance quality. The result shows that variables determination of the value of fixed assets in the preparation of the Financial Statements in accordance with SAP (Government Accounting Standards) has higher importance level with mean value 4,59 and modus value 5 (very important). While the less important variables are the involvement of third party (private) and society (partnership) in utilizing fixed asset with mean value 3.36 and modus 3 (quite important). The other result shows that variables determination of the value of fixed assets in the preparation of the Financial Statements in accordance with SAP (Government Accounting Standards) has higher performance level with mean value 4,33 and modus value 5 (good). On the other hand, the involvement of third party (private) and society (partnership) in utilizing land and building asset variable shows the lowest performance level with mean value 3,72 and modus value 3 (quite good).

Abstract:The Government of Banten Province during the years 2011-2014 has not received an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) of The Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) in its financial statements. The opinion had been given by BPK during the years of 2011-2012 is The Qualified Opinion (WDP). The opinion for years of 2013-2014 is Disclaimer Opinion (TMP).The key to giving WDP and TMP, among others, for the presentation of assets are considered not meet the principles of fairness appropriate presentation of The Government Accounting Standards (SAP). The research objective to describe fixed asset management system. The results of the performance of the system in the form of presentation of fixed assets. The next goal to identify internal and external factors affecting fixed asset management system. The ultimate destination for formulating strategies to improve management of fixed assets. The study was conducted in The Government of Banten Province, particularly the Bureau of Equipment and Assets (BPA) under the Regional Secretary and all work units (SKPD). Methods for assessing the performance of the presentation of fixed assets is Transformation Index. Identification of factors that affect the management of assets and formulate a strategy used SWOT Analysis Method. Methods of Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) to ge the priority of a strategy based on expert opinion. Conclusion the study shows the priority of asset management strategy is a strategy to improve the quality of data assets, strategy implementation Improvement Action Plan (RTP) and strategies for improving inter-agency cooperation. The formulation of the strategy is also supported by the proposed program of each strategy. The results of the study are expected to improve fixed asset management system and its implementation in The Government of Banten Province.Key words: financial statement, fixed asset, strategy ABSTRAK Pemerintah Provinsi Banten selama tahun 2011-2014 belum memperoleh opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) pada laporan keuangannya. Opini yang diberikan oleh BPK untuk tahun 2011 dan 2012 adalah Wajar Dengan Pengecualian (WDP). Opini untuk tahun 2013 dan 2014 berupa Tidak Menyatakan Pendapat (TMP). Kunci dari pemberian opini WDP dan TMP antara lain karena penyajian aset tetap dianggap belum memenuhi prinsip kewajaran penyajian sesuai Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (SAP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan sistem pengelolaan aset tetap. Hasil dari sistem berupa kinerja penyajian aset tetap. Tujuan berikutnya mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi sistem pengelolaan aset tetap. Tujuan terakhir untuk merumuskan strategi perbaikan pengelolaan aset tetap. Penelitian dilakukan pada Pemerintah Provinsi Banten, khususnya Biro Perlengkapan dan Aset (BPA) di bawah Sekretaris Daerah beserta seluruh Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD). Metode untuk menilai kinerja penyajian aset tetap adalah Transformasi Indek. Identifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan aset dan merumuskan strategi digunakan Metode Analisis SWOT. Metode Analisis Hierarchy Process (AHP) membantu pemilihan prioritas strategi berdasarkan pendapat ahli. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan prioritas strategi pengelolaan aset adalah strategi peningkatan kualitas aset data, strategi pelaksanaan Rencana Tindak Perbaikan (RTP)/action plan dan strategi peningkatan kerjasama antar lembaga. Perumusan strategi juga ditunjang dengan usulan kebijakan/program terhadap masing-masing strategi. Hasil dari penelitian diharapkan dapat memperbaiki sistem pengelolaan aset tetap dan pelaksanaannya di Pemerintah Provinsi Banten.Kata Kunci: Laporan Keuangan, Aset Tetap, Strategi

Abstract:This research has a formulation of problems, namely whether the administration of fixed assets in The Government of Pekanbaru City is already run by Permendagri number 19 the year 2016 about the guidelines of regional goods management, and any constraints in the fixed asset administration in the Government of Pekanbaru City. Samples on research with quantitative research methods are 10 OPD that have the largest fixed asset value on audited fiscal year balance 2017. For the method of qualitative research, informants or the speakers in this research are Head of Sub Division of Inventory and Elimination of Assets and Head of Sub Division Development and Evaluation of Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Pekanbaru City and Head of General and Personnel Subdivision alongside with Goods Manager in the Department of Education, Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning and Department of Public Housing and Settlement Areas. The method used in the study is a mixed research method with sequential explanatory research design. As for the quantitative method, used quantitative descriptive analysis. While the qualitative method, using the triangulation technique. This research indicates that The Government of Pekanbaru City is implementing fixed asset administration, with details of evaluation of bookkeeping, inventory, and reporting of fixed assets as well as results of the evaluation of document filling completeness, under Permendagri number 19 the year 2016 about the guidelines of regional goods management and The Government of Pekanbaru City faced obstacles in the administration of fixed assets, among others, supporting documents of insufficient fixed assets, the frequent goods manager change/mutation, the migration aspect of SIMDA BMD to SIPKD Asset as an asset management information system, and the lack of fixed asset management regulatory device policy.

Abstract:Company financial performance is a benchmark to increase the value of a company. The existence of Covid-19 pandemic has caused the economy in Indonesia to decline which has had an impact on the financial performance of several companies, one of which is PT KAI (Persero). This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT KAI (Persero) in 2016-2021 as measured through financial statement analysis using the DuPont system. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data source used is secondary data, in the form of PT KAI (Persero) financial reports in the form of time series. The analytical technique used is the DuPont system. The results showed that the financial performance of PT KAI (Persero) in 2016-2021 was in a good position. Fluctuating NPM has a major impact on ROE, resulting in PT KAI (Persero) having to be vigilant and immediately innovate because their financial performance is not yet stable enough. The company expected to be able to optimize their financial management, especially in increasing sales volume accompanied by a high level of net profit and good asset management to create a good NPM and TATO for the company's ROI and ROE.

Abstract:Assessment of the financial performance of a company can be done by analyzing the company's financial statements for a certain period. In order for financial reports to be meaningful to users or those with an interest in financial reports, it is necessary to carry out an analysis of financial statements. The purpose of this study was to find out the analysis of financial statements to measure financial performance at PT Kimia Farma Tbk for the 2018-2022 period. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis using measurements of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability ratios. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data sourced from secondary data, namely documents from the IDX/Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the study show that based on the calculation of the liquidity ratio, the company's financial performance is said to be unfavorable, marked by a decline that causes the company to be unable to carry out or pay its current obligations. Based on the calculation of the solvency ratio, it produces data that the company has increased, which makes the company's condition very worrying because the company is unable to pay debts in a timely manner. Based on the calculation of the activity ratio, it can be concluded that the overall condition of the company is good because the activity ratio has not decreased so that the company has been able to maximize the capacity of the company's fixed assets. Meanwhile, based on the calculation of the profitability ratio, it is not good because it has not been able to generate large profits and has not been able to manage the company's investment.

Abstract:This study aims to identify and analyze accounts receivable and the level of profit generated at PT.Kimia Farma Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research method used in this research is qualitative komparatif. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative komparatif and is calculated using Receivable Turn Over and Net Profit Margin (NPM) indicators. The results of the analysis of accounts receivable with Receivable Turn Over indicators at PT.Kimia Farma Tbk in 2018 were 6.3 times, in 2019 they rotated 4.4 times, in 2020 they were 6.5 times, in 2021 they rotated 6.6 times and in 2022 as many as 5.2 times indicating that the collection of receivables in 2018-2022 was not successful because it was below the industry standard that had been set, which was 15 times. The results of the profit rate analysis with the Net Profit Margin indicator at PT.Kimia Farma Tbk in 2018 amounted to 6.32%, 2019 amounted to 0.16%, 2020 amounted to 0.20%, 2021 amounted to 2.25% and in 2022 amounted to -1.14% indicates that financial management in 2018-2022 is not good because it is below the established industry standard rate of 20%.

Abstract:Assessing the financial performance of a company is important because it can show and measure the extent to which a company's financial condition is through financial statement analysis. Financial statement analysis can be done using several analytical techniques, one of which is financial ratio analysis. This study aims to assess the financial performance of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) using financial ratio analysis. The research method used is descriptive comparative with a quantitative approach. This study utilizes secondary data sources, namely, financial reports for 2018, 2019 and 2020 obtained from the official website of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The data were analyzed using financial ratio analysis and compared with previous years. The financial ratios used are liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios and activity ratios. The results of the study using the liquidity ratio measured using the current ratio and quick (acid-test) ratio indicate that there is poor liquidity performance from year to year. The solvency ratio as measured by the debt to equity and debt to asset ratios shows that the solvency performance is not good and is increasing every year. Profitability ratios measured using net profit margin, return on equity, return on assets and operating profit margins show that profitability performance is not good and is decreasing every year. The activity ratio shows that activity performance is decreasing as seen from total asset turnover and fixed asset turnover. The four groups of ratios show a declining financial performance from year to year. However, the four ratio groups in 2020 experienced a sharp decline due to COVID-19. The results of this study indicate that using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method in the research period has been able to provide added economic value for the company as evidenced by the value of the calculation results, namely the EVA value > 0 is positive. Abstract:The key to successful economic management is related to the management of regional assets. Optimal management of regional assets will prioritize good governance and trustworthy management of state finances from the community. However, there are still some problems that occur in the management of fixed assets in the Sleman Regency Government. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that explains the relationship between asset inventory, valuation, legal audit, and supervision and control of the optimization of fixed assets. Research data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the inventory, assessment and supervision and control had an effect on the optimization of fixed assets. While the legal audit has no effect on the optimization of fixed assets.

Abstract:Pemahaman akuntansi aset tetap, permasalahan, dan solusinya yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi penyusun laporan keuangan, pihak internal perusahaan, dan auditor eksternal yang melakukan audit atas laporan keuangan (Pradana dan Herawati, 2015). Selain itu, aset tetap mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting karena mempunyai nilai yang cukup signifikan bila dibandingkan dengan komponen neraca lainnya, maka aktiva ini memerlukan pengelolaan kebijakan yang khusus, baik dalam penggunaan, pemeliharaan, penguasaan maupun pencatatan akuntansinya dan mempengaruhi peranan penting dalam aktivitas produksinya (Mairuhu dan Jantje, 2014). Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode deskriptif. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, studi lapangan dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan akuntansi atas aset tetap di Sliverlake Vineyard Ltd sebagian besar sudah sesuai dengan pernyataan International Accounting Standard No.16 meskipun dalam pemilihan dan penggunaan masa manfaat penyusutan masih perlu dikoreksi.

Abstract:This study aims to apply a financial engineering model with a cost-benefit analysis (Cost Benefit Analysis) in the management of routine investments in movable assets at PT XYZ. The main objective of this research is to provide a systematic and quantitative framework to assist management in making optimal investment decisions. The theory used in this study includes the basic concepts of financial engineering and cost-benefit analysis. Financial engineering provides mathematical and statistical tools and methods to address complex financial problems, while cost-benefit analysis is used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of various investment options. The research method used is a case study at PT XYZ. The data collected includes historical financial data, projections of income and expenses, information regarding routine investments made by the company, and interviews with company informants related to cost-benefit analysis. The analysis is conducted using cost-benefit analysis on the aspects of the time value of money, cost analysis, and financial risk by comparing various investment scenarios of movable assets on lease and purchase options. The results of this research are expected to provide recommendations that can be implemented by PT XYZ to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's movable asset investment management and optimize the allocation of the company's financial resources.
