Abstract:Main characteristics of auto-bundling machine for steel pipe are introduced with description of bundling process. Key parts, such as excitation and demagnetization system with noncontact control components of magnets, electro-hydraulic proportional synchro-control system, advanced Siemens PLC S7-400 profibus technology are presented. It has been proved that this machine is reliable, flexible and safe in operation.

Abstract:Aiming at the detection and control problems of automatic surface mounting machine with high-speed and high-precision, the status of overseas advanced surface mounting technology and realistic production is first given. The key characteristics and functions of the motion control, visual recognition and PCB data are also analyzed. Based on the visual recognition, motion optimization and control algorithms are developed by the authors,and the whole software system is then designed and integrated. The program realization technique of surface mounting system is particularly presented.

Abstract:In order to coordinate with the control of three-axis servo injection molding manipulator,the embedded technology was applied to the design of the supervisory controller.After the analysis of the actual man-machine interaction need of the manipulator controller,the AT91RM9200 was used as the hardware core and the embedded Linux was used as the operation system.It was composed of LCD display and touch screen input module,keyboard input module,serial communication module,Ethernet communication module and etc..After tests,the results show that this supervisory controller is safe,reliable,and it could provide good reference in designing for other similar industrial controllers.

Abstract:Sealing machines of existing automobile fuel tanks mostly adopt manual control which results in poor universality, low productivity and big machining errors, worst of all, the production quality is difficult to be guaranteed. Therefore, a new type of sealing machine at higher automation level is developed. The application of PLC and touch screen used to control the linkage of three servo motors realizes automatic control of the sealing machine and improves versatility and productivity, In addition, the product quality is guaranteed with the technique of machining at a constant linear velocity.

Abstract:Influenced by scaling?off cutting, to the mass produced rods and steel tube blank, the phenomena of burr and flashing are found. If the parts are processed by manual chamfering and lathe, it is tremendously labor intensive and low efficiency. To solve the problem, an efficient double?headed automatic chamfering machine was designed based on PLC control. The structural components of the chamfering machine were introduced , the gas?liquid control diagram and the electric control schematic figure including the flow chart of software programming were described in detail. The practices have proven productivity and end quality are improved greatly be?cause the chamfering machine can be used to realize double end continuous processing although loading once.

Abstract:To improve the automatization and strengthen the competitive of the domestic enterprises who produce the clutch for washing ma-chine, an automation system for pressing shaft assembly of washing machine is designed based on PLC&HMI, and multisensor fusion sys-tem. The positioner is introduced because that the integrated fixture is proposed to contain all elements of the shaft assembly. The pressure transducer and displacement transducer are adopted to monitor the pressure process. With regard to every element, different feeding mecha-nism is designed and the storing can keep 40 minutes according to the designed pitch time. Through the friendly man-machine interaction in-terface, the system can run in two modes:manual operation, automatic operation and the pitch time can keep in 9 seconds. Finally, the mod-el machine validates the usefulness of the system and it has been employed in the production field.

Abstract:Based on the reliable function and simple design,taking good advantages of the advanced controller and control technology,a loom machine system design based on ARM is presented in this paper,which uses S3CEV40 of EMBEST Company as a centre part and functional models as periphery,making up of the hardware part and composed according to the technical procedure.The IO expandance based on CPLD make the whole system flexible and powerful.Motor driver module is another major component of this system.It adopts ARM chip-based frequency vector control strategy.In software,it servo controls motor in interrupt mode.It is turned out to be reliable in function and simple in implement by practice.

Abstract:The intelligent position servo control system,which uses special intelligent precision motion control processor—LM628, is put forward. and studied in this paper. Based on ISA Bus the hardware of the system—position servo control card, which is equiped with GAL device, is developed, designed, made. The card owns the integrated functions such as PID control, multi-card simultaneous operation, watcher-dog timer protection, limit control, pulse multiple and count and interrupt control. According to the function of the system, the hardware of IPSCS card and the user command set of the LM628, 60 kinds of servo control functions are developed, which have made it easy that aids the programmer in using servo control system conveniently without worrying about the low-level details of programming the card and has realized the interface between the programmer and the system. The system whose sample time is 256(s, is applicable to the large or middle CNC system with 3~6 axises. IT has been used in copy machine control system and also can be used in other places such as numerical control system, robot control system.

Abstract:The DC Servo discussed in this paper takes the control of robot integration of joint as its background.In its hard-ware,it has following distinguishing features.The first is that it can not only drive the brush DC motor but also the brushless DC motor,so it can be used in more field;The second is that it can communicate with PC through EPA which has high transfer rate and good certainty.In the software,single neuron adaptive control which is stable and robust is applied in the speed loop out of three closed loops.And the result of the experiments proves that it can effectively solve the instability which is caused by the load.

Abstract:In order to reduce the cost of the industrial sewing machine control system,an optimized design scheme with hardware and software is proposed.Mature,reliable and cheap components are selected in this system.The control system of the industrial sewing machine is a hysteretic,time-variant and nonlinear system,which is difficult to control accurately by traditional double-closed-loop PID control algorithm based on a precise model of controlled objects.The key to the point is that the system parameters cannot be adjusted timely when the controlled objects are varied.Aiming at solving this problem,a kind of complex Fuzzy-PID controller is designed.Experiments show that this control system has characteristics of fast start/hold,good rubustness and precise positioning.The new system has been applied in industrial sewing machines,which is quite satisfactory.

Abstract:This paper introduces the composition and working principle of the servo control system. Through the modeling of the injection molding machine load, injection cylinder and servo motor drive system, using the SVPWM principle and designing the fuzzy controller, the overall simulation of the servo system is realized. The simulation results show that the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system has good servo performance, and the fuzzy controller can effectively control the complex injection system. At the same time, the servo control system is built. The test results show that the speed response performance and pressure response performance of fuzzy control are better. The pressure response time is 168ms and the speed response time is 164ms. Both are below 200ms, fully meeting the requirements of high speed and high response of electro-hydraulic hybrid precision injection molding machine. Compared with the PID control, the fuzzy control maintains the set pressure, and the set pressure value can be well tracked, and the error is greatly reduced.

Abstract:This paper adopted high performance STC89C516RD+ MCU,which can control stepping motor to accomplish the task of inching,forwarding fast,working feed and locating precisely.The position system is realized through the origin set and the numbers of pulse precisely controlled.The paper also solves the problems,which it′s difficult for drill to locate precisely on the surface of rigid material and discharge metal scrap.Compared with the traditional manual drilling machine,the servo drilling machine is easy to control,high accuracy and high production efficiency.

Abstract:The armature components are the core component of the electro-hydraulic servo valve [. Its manufacturing and assembly accuracy directly affects the performance of the servo valve. The domestic existing electro-hydraulic servo valve armature assembly pressure equipment is so far behind that it is difficult to meet production requirements. For the needs of a servo valve production firm, authors department developed the armature components automatically press machine. In order to achieve automation and intelligent of press process, this article supports a electronic control system for the press machine to further improve its ability. And on the basis of certain experiments, the author proves the good performance of the pressure machine.

Abstract:According to requirements of the motorcycle gulp valve assembly process, an automatic control system is designed. With the programmable logic controller(PLC) as the controller core, with multiple types of sensors and pneumatic circuits, adopting the half-closed-loop control mode and strictly implementing process and timing requirements, the system realizes the automatic control of the pneumatic loops. The system improves the stability and safety of the automatic assembly machine operation, enhances the efficiency of automatic assembly, effectively reduces production cost, and provides reference for future automation upgrading of similar parts, and is therefore of application value for relevant enterprises.

Abstract:—this paper presents an automated controlling system based programmable logic controller (PLC) that consists of two different transporting conveyors; vertical and horizontal. The samples were placed on the horizontal conveyor for transportation from loaded point to packaging point. After the DC motor that drives the horizontal conveyor is energized, the samples move along the conveyor before they reach an inspection sensor that separates the two types of products and drop the chosen sample inside a filling box. When the box is filled with the right amount of samples, the vertical conveyor picks and places these boxes inside vertical shelves. This process is controlled using a Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)Mitsubishi FX2n-32MT. The experimental results of the prototype were able to fully automate the system and improve the time of inspection and packing. The results show that the machine was done to inspect, package and pack24 boxes (96 samples) in one hour. In addition, the results obtained show that the system able to decreases product time, and increase product rate as compared with traditional manual system.

Abstract:According to the control requirements and structure features of the grinder RFSB,taking FANUC 180i-Mb as core,the hardware and software of the control system for the grinder were developed.Through the development of PMC,the CNC system,electrical control system and servo system can work in coordination and realize CNC processing.Combining the FOCAS development package offered by FANUC with the advanced programming language tools,the grinding control software was developed,which can realize automatic machining.
