Abstract:Our study presents a novel hybrid cluster method that combines YOLOv3 with k-means clustering in response to the increasing challenges caused by rapid environmental changes. The goal of this method is to develop object detection by using 6G wireless communication in combined with Spectral Analysis Technology. Using the ultra-high speed and low latency of 6G technology, this novel method aims to improve object identification speed and accuracy in a variety of dynamic situations. High-resolution spectral data is transmitted in real-time. Our method greatly increases the accuracy of identifying and classifying objects relevant to agricultural monitoring particularly in crop health prediction by using the power of YOLOv3 for its strong object detection abilities and combining it with the effectiveness of k-means clustering for segmenting spectral images into meaningful clusters. This study specifically uses Airborne Hyperspectral Images to implement the proposed techniques in an agricultural monitoring application. It shows how our hybrid approach can be used to effectively detect and monitor crop health, identify possible infections in crops, and find out the conditions which is related to water stress. Our system ability to identify minute alterations in the surroundings that could signal the beginning symptoms of disease is made possible by the combination of these cutting-edge technologies, and providing a powerful tool for preventive measures against the spread of the diseases. Our technology not only outperforms the current approaches in object detection, but it also establishes a new standard for the use of wireless communication technologies in environmental surveillance. This hybrid cluster method's ability to deliver fast and reliable data can significantly help with resource allocation and the execution of successful interventions, which will support the worldwide effort to reduce the negative impacts of climate change on public health.
