Abstract:Taking S7-200 PLC as controller,this paper designed a monitoring system for material sorting based on SIMATIC HMI,which used PPI protocal to realize the communication between MP277 10 inch touch screen made by SIMATIC and S7-200 PLC.The practical process proves that the system has good character of real-time and accuracy.

Abstract:Di industri besar saat sekarang ini penggunaan PLC biasanya dipasangankan dengan sebuah alat interface yaitu HMI. Penerapan hasil pengembangan alat sortir benda di Jurusan Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang masih menemui beberapa kendala, salah satunya dikarenakan pembuatan alat masih dikontrol oleh PLC saja. Diperlukan penyempurnaan pada alat sortir benda dengan menambahkan sistem monitoring. Hal ini dilakukan dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas dalam penguasaan dengan menggunakan PLC sebagai sistem kontrol dan kinerja HMI WEINTEK 8071ip dapat membantu untuk mengontrol dan memonitoring sistem kerja alat. Dalam perancangan komunikasi PLC merk omron dengan HMI WEINTEK 8071iP diawali dengan pembuatan blok diagram dan flowchart sistem. Sistem alat sortir benda yang dikontrol dengan PLC merk OMRON type CP1E akan ditampilkan pada HMI WEINTEK 8071iP menggunakan software EasyBuilderPro. Alat ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja sebagai kontrol dan monitoring alat. Perancangan sitem kontrol HMI untuk alat sortir benda menggunakan HMI WEINTEK MT8071iP berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya sebagai media kontrol dan monitoring sistem.

Abstract:In order to speed up the sorting speed, reduce the intensity of manual labor, this project designs an automatic material sorting system based on PLC control. The system takes Siemens S7-1500 PLC as the controller, and completes the software and hardware system design of six workstations in the assembly line. The system realizes the processing, assembling and sorting of cylindrical materials through feeding unit, handling unit, processing unit, handling and installation unit, installation unit, sorting unit. At the same time, the project has developed a HMI human-machine interaction system. After debugging, the system can automatically sort different color materials and achieve the expected function.

Abstract:To overcome the problems in the checking of auto air-condition compressor, such as uncontinuous process, long period, notable artifical effect and so on, we design an auto air-condition compressor checking system. This system, using SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300 PLC and OP170B, can complete all checking items automatically. This paper presents the main characters of this system including equipments, control flow, hardware design and software programming. Practice has proved that this system can improve the checking rate remarkably and guarantee the checking accuracy so that it fulfills the design requirement.

Abstract:Automatic material sorting is widely used in enterprise automatic production line, product assembly line and automated warehouse. Compared with traditional manual sorting, automatic sorting has the advantages of high efficiency, low error rate, many sorting points, unmanned industrial operation, etc. The control system of automatic sorting device is the core of the sorting device. This paper presents an automatic material sorting system based on PLC and pneumatic control, and completes the design of PLC control system and pneumatic control system. The automatic separation system is controlled by PLC of Mitsubishi FX2N series. The system is mainly composed of material feeding module, material handling module, material conveying module and separation module. The experimental results show that the system has high sorting accuracy, stable operation and meets the design requirements.

Abstract:To save energy and raise the development efficiency of mechanical test system,the 2 000 kW AC drives test system is designed by using electric energy return and vector control technology,and the control software is developed based on Siemens WinCC software and S7-300 series PLC instead of the traditional combination of board and programming.Communications between WinCC and PLC are designed with MPI protocol.Using configuration and script together,the parameters setting,the data displaying,the report generation,the users management and the fault information management are implemented.PLC communicates with field devices by Profibus-DP to real time control devices and collect test data.Application results show that the designed test system runs steadily and reliably.This solution plays a certain reference role in the development of mechanical test systems.

Abstract:GSS-2 type of marine gravity meter sensor has high measurement precision.After years of use,mechanical structure becomes steadier.With the rapid development of electronic information technology,the old measurement system becomes the major obstacle of high-precision measurement.This paper designs a hardware monitoring and control system using a stable Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) as core controller.Based on Modbus protocol,it develops a multi-functional monitoring and control software as the host computer.Experiments show that the hardware system performs steady and function of software is user-friendly.The system fully meets the design and use requirements.

Abstract:In order to satisfy the needs of pig breeding, an intelligent feeding control system based on S7 1200PLC is designed in this paper. The design scheme selects Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the main controller and MCGS TPC7062TI touch screen as the man-machine interface. The article has carried on the electrical design, including I/O address allocation, the main circuit design, the control circuit design and so on, and has written the PLC control program in the debugging mode and the operation mode, finally has designed the man-machine interface to realize the configuration of the system using MCGS. After the actual operation, the system runs stably, safely and reliably, has achieved the expected goal, and has a certain prospect of popularization and application.

Abstract:This paper presents the design and development of an automatic material handling system utilizing a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) capable of efficiently managing loads up to 40 kg. The system integrates various components including Schneider PLC with corresponding data cables, proximity and photoelectric sensors with a detection distance of 4mm, servo motors operating at a speed of 60-100 RPM, a 24V DC power supply unit (input: 230V, output: 24V DC), Siemens MCB for circuit protection, Elmex connectors for terminal connections, Phoenix Contact Glass Relays operating at 230V AC, and numeric keypad push buttons with an input supply of 4-5V. The integration of these components ensures reliable operation and efficient handling of materials within the specified load capacity. This research contributes to the advancement of automated material handling systems, offering potential applications across various industries. Abstract:The automatic sorter machine using PLC is a system that sorts productsbasedonspecificcriteriasuchas size, weight, or color. The system consists of a programmable logic controller (PLC), sensors, actuators, motors, conveyor system, power supply, programming software, HMI development software, and communication protocols. The sorting process is automated, with the PLC controlling them ovement of products to the sorting stations based on the selected sensors'feedback. The HMI allows the operator to monitor and control the sorting process and displays information such as the status of the machine, the number of products sorted, and any errors or alarms. The system's design and implementation require careful consideration of the sorting requirements, selection of appropriate sensors and actuators, design of the control algorithm, programming of the PLC, development of the HMI, testing and commissioning, and maintenance and optimization. The automatic sorter machine using PLC is a reliable and efficient solution for automated sorting processes in various industries such as manufacturing, packaging, and logistics.

This paper takes the PLC platform produced by Allen-Bradley Company as the main research object and basic monitoring instrument to detect the PH value and COD value in the treated sewage. Through the optimal design of DCS structure and communication network level in sewage treatment system with PLC as platform, a better sewage monitoring effect has been achieved.

Abstract:In this paper,the design of the control system that based on Siemens CPU 224XP PLC sewage treatment was studied.Based on the advantages in operation and programming and the adaptability to the environment of Siemens S7-200 PLC,this control system was designed.Firstly,on the basis of mastering the wastewater treatment process,the general plan of the sewage treatment system was completed,which includes the arrangements of the actual hardware control,circuit switch and variety of output devices.Secondly,STEP 7-MicroWIN V4.0 and the SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2007 software were used to complete the program of control system and the writing of the touch screen control program.Finally,the configuration of the software and hardware were completed.The correctness of the design was verified by laboratory simulation demonstrates.

Abstract:With the rapid development of the national economy, based on PLC, the automatic control technology has been widely used in industrial production, the automatic control system consists of Siemens PLC S7-400 module, CPU414-3 as the main control unit, the tank farm and 6 PLC of five production Plant control by network, to achieve 10 different kinds of materials automatically and quantitatively are deliveries to five plants with 47 metering tank in 16 different positions. By the PC software Wincc can monitor by real-time and control metering tank of material of the each position, at the same time each position on the metering tank can automatically be stored in database named SQL Server 2005. We can call the date of database from Wincc in the form of electronic reports by real-time query, and can be exported at any time print. By this method, the company can greatly improve production efficiency, improve the stability and accuracy of each batch, reduce the impact of human factors on the batch safety and reduce the safety risk.
