A New Review of the Cause of Origin of Surplus Rural Labor -Also Discuss how Truncation of Property Right of Agricultural Land Impacts Allocation of Resource of Agriculture

Abstract:The main cause of origin of surplus rural labor is the weak ability of absorbing labor of non- agriculture sectors and the powerful scarcity of agricultural land. The situation of our country is mainly responsible for the powerful scarcity of agricultural land. However, truncation of property right of agricultural land also causes the costly Trade Cost of trade of agricultural land, and lie waste much agricultural land. Thus truncation of property right of agricultural land is one of the reason of origin of surplus rural labor.
