Abstract:The invention discloses an inorganic nanometer fire-retardant wood-plastic composite material and a preparation method of the inorganic nanometer fire-retardant wood-plastic composite material. The wood-plastic composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of granular recycled plastic, 100 to 200 parts of wood fiber, 5 to 15 parts of coupling agent, 25 to 45 parts of fire retardant, 1 to 3 parts of smoke suppression agent, 5 to 15 parts of lubricating agent, 1 to 5 parts of antioxidant, 1 to 5 parts of age resister, and 1 to 5 parts of coloring agent, wherein the adopted fire retardant is an inorganic fire retardant and smoke suppression agent at nanometer level and belongs to the halogen-free environment-friendly fire retardant. Compared with the wood-plastic composite material without being subjected to fire retardant treatment, the inorganic nanometer fire-retardant wood-plastic composite material disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the fire retardant performance and the smoke suppression performance are obviously improved, e.g. the oxygen index is increased by 20 to 30%, the smoke density is decreased by 30 to 40%, the heat release rate is reduced by 20 to 50%, the maximum heat release rate is reduced by 30 to 45%, and the total released heat is decreased by 30 to 40%; simultaneously, the physical and mechanical performances such as the bending strength and the absorbing water thickness expansion rate of the inorganic nanometer fire-retardant wood-plastic composite material meet the requirement of national standard on wood-plastic decorative boards; and the inorganic nanometer fire-retardant wood-plastic composite material is applicable to sites with relatively high requirements on fire resistance of materials in building and indoor decoration.
