Study on Import Service Parts Logistics Network Optimization of Traffic Engineering Machinery Enterprise

Abstract:It's significant for the traffic engineering machinery enterprise to optimize its import service parts logistics network for improving after-sales service.Based on analysis of the optimization specificity of import service parts logistics network,the paper takes a large traffic engineering machinery enterprise i.e.corporation A for an example,and proposes specific optimizing methods and concrete solutions for its import service parts logistics network.The study result indicates that:(1) The optimization on its import service parts logistics network of traffic engineering machinery enterprise can significantly reduce parts order response time and increase order fulfillment rate resulting in improvement of after-sales service.(2) The optimization of import service parts logistics network contributes to effective reduction of service parts transport and inventory costs in reaching a balance between customer service improvement and enterprise cost control.
