Abstract:Nowadays,there are such problems as lacking the sense of responsibility,shortage of the practical experience,and self-centered thoughts in the construction of the teacher's team in high schools.In order to cultivate the young teachers as soon as possible,develop their strong points,motivate their potentials,and improve their comprehensive quality as a whole,the educational authorities,the school and the young teachers themselves are required to make unremitting efforts together to enhance the training,provide a platform for communications,and carry out the specific measures.Only then can we implement plans of cultivating young teachers and really improve the comprehensive quality of the young teacher's team.
