Abstract:Environmental protection is almost involved in all fields of community and highway engineering is closely interrelated with environmental protection. So in the paper, EIA system and method in the process of roading building is elucidated in detail. In addition, emphasis of environmental protection and measures to solve environmental issues in the design, construction and transportation of roads are discussed too.
