Abstract:Technological challenges related to the "green" economy, digitalization of business processes, and intelligent manufacturing affect all sectors of the world economy. In this regard, it is important to promptly receive information about the current state of socio-economic systems and timely take environmental, technological, and financial measures for sustainable development. As an object of research, the authors selected analytical models for ESG transformation due to the high probability of environmental, technological deviations from the set goals of sustainable development. The study revealed that the combination of elements of the concept of mitigation of technological challenges significantly actualize the use of specific scientific approaches reflecting the key principles of the open system of "corporate integration space", intellectualization of production, knowledge economy, innovation integration strategy, strategic public administration. The article describes the mechanisms of development of analytical tools to achieve the mission and objectives of the doctrine in achieving carbon neutrality. The study of the adaptation processes inherent in the classical model of company value management to real conditions allowed us to substantiate the prerequisites for ESG transformation, revealing the possibilities of integrating the parameters of the studied economic system in terms of leveling the consequences of technological lag due to the optimization of key production business processes, increasing the capacity of production facilities, promoting a technologically meaningful economy, activating monitoring of the use of modern technologies, including “augmented” reality. Based on the process approach, a result was obtained that reveals new advantages of analytical approaches to modeling ESG tools, expressed in the modernization of "green" projects focused on the transformation of existing technologies. The conclusion is substantiated that technological innovations, in most cases, significantly increase the likelihood of an increase in unforeseen expenses, especially in conditions of a shortage of financial resources, which allows timely making the necessary adjustments and changing the deadlines for the implementation of innovative projects. The article argues the economic feasibility of continuous improvement of ESG tools for assessing sustainable development.
