Abstract:Актуальность и цели. С быстрым развитием трансграничной электронной международной экономической и коммерческой индустрии трансграничная деловая деятельность постепенно стала важной частью международной экономики и торговли. Целью исследования является: выявление основных трендов развития трансграничной электронной международной экономической и коммерческой индустрии в современных условиях и определение экономических интересов на примере Китая. Материалы и методы. Реализация поставленной цели была достигнута на основе изучения статистических показателей развития трансграничной электронной международной экономической и коммерческой индустрии в КНР, сравнительного анализа деятельности стран по трансграничной деловой деятельности электронной коммерции в Китае. Методология исследования базируется на системном подходе. Результаты. В данной статье производен анализ состояния развития трансграничной электронной коммерции на примере КНР обозначены актуальные тренды развития и предложены пути решения существующих проблем, тормозящих развитие электронной коммерции. Основными проблемами являются: не совершенствование законодательной базы, несогласованность работы платежной системы, логистики и недостаток профессиональных кадров. Выводы. Электронная трансграничная коммерция - это быстроразвивающаяся отрасль, одна из самых успешных отраслей экономики на сегодняшний день, именно поэтому бизнесу в интернете уделяется особое внимание со стороны государства, а именно регулированию законодательных актов, налаживанию надежных логистических цепей и созданию возможностей для подготовки высококвалифицированных кадров. Стоит отметить: чтобы удержать позиции в условиях жесткой конкуренции на рынке электронной трансграничной коммерции необходимо быстро реагировать на новые тренды и ожидания клиентов. Relevance and goals. With the rapid development of the cross-border electronic international economic and commercial industry, cross-border business activities have gradually become an important part of the international economy and trade. The purpose of the study is to identify the main trends in the development of the cross-border electronic international economic and commercial industry in modern conditions and identify economic interests using the example of China. Materials and methods. The realization of this goal was achieved on the basis of studying statistical indicators of the development of the cross-border electronic international economic and commercial industry in the People's Republic of China, a comparative analysis of the activities of countries on cross-border business activities of e-commerce in China. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach. Results. This article analyzes the state of development of cross-border e-commerce on the example of China, identifies current development trends and suggests ways to solve existing problems that hinder the development of e-commerce. The main problems are: failure to improve the legislative framework, inconsistency in the work of the payment system, logistics and lack of professional staff. Conclusions. Electronic cross- border commerce is a rapidly developing industry, one of the most successful sectors of the economy today, which is why business on the Internet is given special attention by the state, namely the regulation of legislative acts, the establishment of reliable logistics chains and the creation of opportunities for the training of highly qualified personnel. It is worth noting that in order to maintain its position in the face of fierce competition in the electronic cross-border commerce market, it is necessary to quickly respond to new trends and customer expectations.
