Abstract:Objective To explore the child growth and development health management model, enhance the efficiency of medical care staff, and empower primary care institutions. Methods The innovative application of big data and artificial intelligence technologies were used to construct the health management model of child growth and development, and provide functions of intelligent auxiliary diagnosis, health assessment, clinical pathway management, hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and etc. Results A specialist outpatient clinic for child growth and development has been set up, effectively enhancing the work efficiency of medical care staff, and gradually empowering primary care institutions to development specialities. Conclusion The establishment of the child growth and development health management model has provided strong technical support for maternal and child health institutions at all levels to carry out health services and management.

Abstract:Building a high-quality and efficient people centered integrated care system with Chinese characteristics crucial for implementing the Healthy China strategy and essential for the high-quality development of the healthcare system.This article proposes that a people centered integrated care system should center on health,with efficient triage of urgent and non-urgent cases,linkage between different healthcare levels,and a synergy of prevention and treatment.The development of medical services requires collaboration between public medical and health institutions and societal forces.To construct such a system,transformation is necessary in seven key areas:service system,service concept,individual service decision-making,doctor-patient relationship,service mode,payment mechanism,and regulatory assessment.The key is to promote the strengthening,extension,and integration of the healthcare system and public health service system.This article highlights the importance of management system reform and the full use of information technology,stating that the core aim of building a peo-ple centered integrated care system is to meet the comprehensive health needs of the population,establish a rational and orderly medical framework,and ultimately support the creation of a robust health system in China.

Abstract:The status quo and trends of hospital integrated management system in China and abroad were introduced. In view of hospital management, cloud technology based integrated modern hospital management system could be constructed by integrating the information of medical service, teaching, research, human resources, discipline development, hospital level and department level integrated objectives management and materials and equipment. Abstract:Some disorders and conditions can put a mother or baby at a higher risk for problems, which requires management by a specialist to help ensure the best outcome of the pregnancy. But it is a big challenge in the case of the rural women in urban China, considering their low income, unstable residence and employment, level of knowledge and awareness of maternal health-care. In this paper, a role-based e-health system with knowledge management and m-health technology is proposed and implemented. The roles in the system include the patients, the specialists in maternal-fetal medicine, the maternal health-care providers (e.g., General practitioners) and the data center service provider. The system is used by approximately 100 rural-to-urban pregnant women in Fengtai District, Beijing, and the experience shows the feasibility of an early-step use of knowledge management and m-health technology in high-risk pregnancy care efforts.

Abstract:Objective To identify the outcomes and effect of applying the health check-up nursing quality control system developed as supervised by JCI quality assessment standards.Methods The monitoring system for nursing quality in the health check-up department is established within the framework of the hospital quality improvement committee and in line with characteristics of the department.Quality improvement tools may be called into play for analysis and decision making to revolve critical problems found in health check-up nursing,upgrading nursing quality and customer satisfaction.Results Significant rise of health check-up quality and customer satisfaction for nurses,and the nurses are trained in quality control knowledge and get further involved in quality management of their department.Conclusion Health check-up nursing management system under the JCI standard is conducive to raising the nursing quality,and helps nurses with problem analysis and solution.

Abstract:Maternal health care service is the important part of public health in China, and the government should play a leading role in ensuring the equity, accessibility and quality of maternal health care. Regulation is an effective means to perform public function for the government which is on behalf of the public interest. In recent years, a series of regulations in Shanghai was issued from 3 aspects in maternal health care: establishing the Designated Childbirth Service Delivery Points, establishing and improving the Emergency Obstetric Care network, and pursuing the community-based monitoring on pregnancy. These regulations effectively improved the equity, quality and accessibility of maternal health care in Shanghai. Based on the analysis of this regulation process, we know that a problem-based designing, management from top to down, keeping on evaluating and adjusting in the regulation implementation are the three key aspects for an effective regulation process.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the status of maternal systematic management in a mountainous area of Beijing,explore the existing problems and provide references for improving the quality of maternal systematic management services.Methods A maternal systematic management data from 2005 to 2007 of 400 cases of pregnant/labored women in a mountainous area of Beijing was analyzed retrospectively.Results The rate of maternal systematic management was 77.75%.The cases who were multipara,above 35-year-old or only had junior high school education(or lower) were lower managed.Conclusion The level of the maternal systematic management in the mountainous areas should be further improved and some groups should be targeted so as to promote the health of mothers and babies.

Abstract:According to the policy spirit of the State Council and based on the analysis of the existing health laws,regulations,community health service (CHS) work situation,we drew up a norm of CHS supervision and management,a procedure of CHS management,and defined a system of CHS supervision and assessment.By synthesizing computerized managing technology we set up an automated management and evaluation system for installation,registering,checking,alteration and logging-off of CHS organizations in China,designed the corresponding software,and then completed the spot usage.By carrying out the function of automatic management,searching,supervision,statistic analysis and evaluation of the system,the CHS management could definitely be strengthened in legalization,information,standardization and automatization;and CHS could be improved through management.

Abstract:Objective To explore the practice of maternal and child care bedside on the basis of graded management of nurses,and to evaluate the effects of the management model.Methods All nurses working in obstetric wards were stratified into such 3 levels as group leaders,senior charge nurses and junior charge nurses;group-based holistic nursing care led by a group leader was provided to patients.Maternal and child care was carried out bedside:charge nurses provided health education to mothers on one to one basis,and they demonstrated skills of nursing a neonate for mothers and their family members. Results The rate of pure breastfeeding,the rate of appropriate breastfeeding(except for positioning),and mother′s satisfaction with nursing service had significant differences before and after the implementation of the practice(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The practice of maternal and child care bedside on the basis of graded management of nurses can increase patient satisfaction and the rate of breastfeeding.

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of cloud - based authorized health education model in obstetric integrated ward. Methods From October 2017 to March 2018, 274 lying-in women in integrated obstetrical wards of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital were divided into observation group ( 134 cases) and control group ( 140 cases). The observation group received authorized health education based on cloud service, while the control group received traditional health education. The effects of the two groups were compared on the mastery of knowledge and skills related to maternal and infant care, the satisfaction of health education and the incidence of maternal and infant care problems. Results The mastery rate of health education knowledge and nursing skills of newborns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the score of maternal satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P<0.05);the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group within 42 days(P<0.05). The incidence of chapped nipples, mastitis, neonatal umbilical cord prolongation, neonatal umbilical cord infection rate, maternal and neonatal readmission rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05 ). Conclusion The health education model of creating opportunity authorization based on cloud service has good educational effect and is worth popularizing in clinic.
A Comprehensive Analysis of the Operation Mechanism of Maternal Health Care Management in Beijing and Shanghai

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study is to analyze the complete situation and effect of maternal health care management and operation mechanisms in Beijing and Shanghai,and to verify the feasibility of quantitative evaluation.Methods Exhausting the collection of the maternal insurance management system documents publicly released in the two places,based on comprehensive evaluation to form the complete degree of the management and operation mechanisms.The health system macro model,Spearman correlation,linear regression and other methods were used to analyze the relationship between the results and maternal mortality.Results At present,the complete degree of health management and operation mechanism of women in the two places has achieved to 45.9％and 57.9％,respectively,of which the complete degree of financing and compensation mechanisms(72.4％vs72.4％)and planning and evaluation mechanisms are better,while management and monitoring mechanism(33.4％vs35.1％)is lower.There was a significant difference of coordination and incentive mechanism(24.6％vs60.9％)between the two places.From the perspective of trend,the improvement of mechanism between the two regions has been steadily increasing,showing a significant negative correlation with maternal mortality(P＜0.05).Conclusion Beijing and Shanghai have been committed to improving the management and operation mechanism of the maternal health care system.The improvement of the mechanism can promote the improvement of the health results of the system.Shanghai has a more obvious promotion effect and how to ensure the implementation of the mechanism is the focus of further improvement of the two mechanisms.A"perfect management operation mechanism"is needed for appropriate maternal health care system.It is proved that the comprehensively quantify the perfection of management operation mechanism in this study is feasible.

Abstract:China has made impressive achievements in improving maternal and child health (MCH) over the past few decades. This paper uses a policy lens to examine reasons for these achievements as well as barriers to further success. We found that strong governmental commitment and leadership, effective coordination, proactive participation of different stakeholders, and the provision of adequate resources were associated with China's success in improving MCH outcomes. Other low- and middle-income countries can learn valuable lessons from China's experience. These lessons include i) prioritizing MCH on the national development agenda, ii) keeping national ownership over health development cooperation, and iii) establishing effective monitoring, evaluation and accountability mechanisms for MCH programs.

Abstract:Since the socioeconomic reforms in China in the late 1970s the improvement of maternal and child health (MCH), which was once considered one of the great achievements of China after 1949, has slowed and some indicators show that the situation in some regions, especially in rural areas, is getting worse instead of better. This article will focus on policy and policy-related issues in the delivery of MCH services. It will cover historical changes in policy and their effects, especially in the financing of MCH. Abstract:Objective To evaluate the relative efficacy of the interventions for improving the quality of maternal health service in China. Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted to assess the relative efficacy of 3 interventions for improving the satisfaction, behaviors and perception of maternal health service. 1 400 participants were recruited and randomly allocated to four groups. The questionnaires were finished before and after the interventions. Results After the intervention, the satisfaction to maternal health service was the highest in the intervention group 3, that in the intervention group 2 came next, then that in the intervention group 1, and that in the control group. Making cards in early pregnancy and maternal systematical management were best in the intervention group 3, second in the intervention group 2, and then in the intervention group 1 and the control group. The supervision rate after delivery was highest in the intervention group 3, that in the intervention group 2 came next, then that in the intervention group 1, and that in the control group. Conclusion WeChat platform and service by professional team is effective in improving quality of maternal health service, so it is worth being generalized.
