Abstract:ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to increased motivation and learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor spreadsheet of the flipped classroom learning model assisted by video tutorial media on students of SMK. This study is a classroom action research. The subjects of this study were students of class X AKL at SMK. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The data validity test used was content validity. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data analysis and qualitative data analysis. This study was conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results of the study concluded that the application of the flipped classroom learning model assisted by video tutorial media was able to increase students' motivation and learning outcomes. The learning motivation of students in cycle II increased by 14 points (from 53 to 67). Further, cognitive learning outcomes in cycle II increased by 19 points (from 67 to 86). Learning outcomes in the affective domain in cycle II increased by 10 points from (29 to 39). Psychomotor learning outcomes increased by 5 points (from 13 to 18). This increase is statistically significant at α = 0.05 with t count = 15.098> t table = 2.030 (p-value 0.000) for motivation, t count = 5.578> t table = 2.030 (p-value 0.000) for cognitive learning outcomes, t count = 11,959> t table = 2,030 (p-value 0,000) for affective learning outcomes, and t count = 10,855> t table = 2,030 (p-value 0,000) for psychomotor learning outcomes. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek dari penelitian adalah siswa kelas X AKL di SMK yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas data yang digunakan yaitu validitas isi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analis data kuantitatif dan analisis data kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran flipped classroom berbantu media video tutorial mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar pesera didik. Motivasi belajar peserta didik pada siklus II meningkat 14 poin (dari 53 menjadi 67). Hasil belajar ranah kognitif pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan 19 poin (dari 67 menjadi 86). Hasil belajar ranah afektif pada siklus II meningkat 10 poin dari (29 menjadi 39). Hasil belajar psikomotorik meningkat 5 poin (dari 13 menjadi 18). Peningkatan tersebut signifikan secara statistik pada α = 0,05 dengan t hitung = 15,098 > t tabel = 2,030 (p-value 0,000) untuk motivasi, t hitung = 5,578 > t tabel = 2,030 (p-value 0,000) untuk hasil belajar kognitif, t hitung = 11,959 > t tabel = 2,030 (p-value 0,000) untuk hasil belajar afektif, dan t hitung = 10,855 > t tabel = 2,030 (p-value 0,000) untuk hasil belajar psikomotorik.
