Abstract:Significant scientific research has been conducted concerning menopausal syndrome(MPS), yet few bibliometric analyses have been performed. Our aim was to recognise the 100 most highly cited published articles on MPS and to analytically evaluate their key features.

2. **Analyze article characteristics**: Conduct a detailed analysis of key characteristics such as publication year, journal, impact factor, country of origin, academic institutions, authors, research types, and keywords of these articles.
3. **Evaluate research trends**: Reveal the traditional focus, shortcomings, and future research directions in the field of Menopausal Syndrome research by analyzing these highly cited articles.
