Abstract:Acetylation of lysine, a component of histones, regulates transcriptional activity. Simple detection methods for acetyl lysine are essential for early diagnosis of diseases and understanding of the physiological effects. We have detected and recognized acetyl lysine at the single-molecule level by combining MCBJ measurement and machine learning.
