Abstract:In discrete manufacturing industries, carbon emissions on production lines are influenced by various factors, including equipment status and process variations. Accurate calculation of carbon emissions requires advanced carbon quantification algorithms. However, due to the presence of energy structure and process variations, single carbon emission prediction models have poor adaptability, leading to results that are not sufficiently accurate or reliable. Therefore, it is crucial to construct a set of electric-carbon coupling prediction models to achieve near real-time calculation of carbon emissions. This paper proposes an electric-carbon coupling prediction model based on the emission factor method, utilizing computer technology and data analysis methods to establish the coupling relationship between electricity consumption and carbon emissions. By collecting electricity consumption data and combining them with carbon emission factors from specific power sources, the total carbon emissions can be estimated. This model fully exploits the real-time value of electricity data, providing support for predicting enterprise energy consumption structures while also calculating carbon emission data at the same granularity as electricity data, meeting the fine-grained requirements of carbon emission management.
