Abstract:The research's significance is demonstrated by how training in the five stress zones style helps young volleyball players' biochemical variables function more effectively, increasing their ability to withstand lactic acid buildup-induced fatigue and maintaining their performance endurance for as long as possible while competing and training. As for the research problem, it is reflected in the following question:- (Does training in the five stress zones style have a positive effect on the efficiency of some biochemical variables among young volleyball players? The goal of the study was to determine how a training programme for the five stress regions affected the most crucial biochemical factors for volleyball players between the ages of 18 and 20. Because it is the best strategy for resolving the research problem and achieving the study's goals, the researchers employed an experimental technique. The study's authors came to the conclusion that stress-related training helped critical organizations become more effective by focusing on each of the five stressors. The researchers advise adopting workouts that are in line with the three components of the training load (intensity, volume, and comfort) when training volleyball. These five regions of stress were employed in the study. Likewise, because they provide the coach with precise information about the volleyball player's training state, it is necessary to rely on biochemical factors while assessing the particular training methods used in the sport.
