Abstract:The article explores new conditions for the activities of organizations, the basis of which is Digitalization, which forms a number of requirements related to the management of business processes, with the role of a person, competencies with the required digital technologies. Digital transformation affects control systems, the formation of a new workplace using digital technologies. New trends in the management of human resources need to be considered in the management system of the organization as a whole, the roles of human resources and the requirements for them in the context of digital transformation.
