Abstract:Errors were introduced during the editing process for the Original Investigation, "Efficacy and Safety of 5-Day Oral Ensitrelvir for Patients With Mild to Moderate COVID-19: The SCORPIO-SR Randomized Clinical Trial," 1 that was published on February 9, 2024, in JAMA Network Open , and that resulted in incorrect role of funder and disclosure statements. The disclosure statement for the first author, Hiroshi Yotsuyanagi, MD, PhD, should have been "Dr Yotsuyanagi reported receiving consulting fees, lecture fees, and travel support from Shionogi & Co, Ltd and lecture fees from MSD, Pfizer, and ViiV Healthcare." The role of the funder statement should have been "Author employees of Shionogi & Co, Ltd participated in the design and conduct of the study; collection, management, analysis, and interpretation of the data; preparation, review, and approval of the manuscript; and decision to submit the manuscript for publication." The article has been corrected. 1

Abstract:There is an error in the article by Sanders and colleagues (1), published in the May 1, 2021 issue of the Journal. The funding footnote at the bottom of the second page that lists the relevant grant support for coauthor Daniel Levy (https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1843-8724) incorrectly includes grant number R35 GM134885. In addition, Dr. Levy's name appears in the author byline with a middle initial; Dr. Levy does not have a middle name. The corrected sentence should read: "D.L. is supported by NIH grant ZIA HL006001." For the convenience of our readers, AJRCCM is replacing the online version of the article with a revised version.

Abstract:In the Original Investigation titled, "Efficacy of Therapeutic Aquatic Exercise vs Physical Therapy Modalities for Patients With Chronic Low Back Pain: A Randomized Clinical Trial," published January 7, 2022, there were errors in the article text, Table 3, and Supplements 1 and 2. First, a numeric error appeared in Table 3. The value for FABQ total category at 3 months in the physical therapy modalities group given as "23.32" should have been "33.32." In addition, the trial protocol in Supplement 1 included pain as a primary outcome, which was not consistent with the published article. Other secondary outcomes were missing from the Outcomes Measures. The minimal clinically important findings in Results required updates. Finally, eTable 1 of Supplement 2 categories were given incorrectly with results of statistical tests that should not have been included for baseline characteristics, and eTable 2 contained entry errors on the rating scale for assessment of pain. The authors have explained what happened in a Comment, and this article has been corrected with updated Supplement materials.
