Abstract:An information integrated architecture for small and medium-sized mechatronic enterprise was proposed. It was based on warehouse management through analysis of production features in modern mechatronic enterprises in China. Enterprise information management system, dispatching system, simulation system and warehouse automatization system were effectively integrated according to this architecture. The integrated architecture was discussed in detail. The function and framework of sub-systems were discussed in further. Three CIMS key technologies were proposed in building this architecture. They were good-location coupling assignment based on mapping, dispatching assignment based on task-disassemble and multilayer architecture technology based on B/S mode. Their principles, method and implementation were discussed in detail. At last, a software system named DOWMS was built on this architecture. It is implemented in a small and medium-sized mechatronic enterprise. The progress is realized with higher production, increasing sales level and improving service level.

Abstract:As a new type of commercial operation,medium and small chain supermarket is playing a very important role in China's economic development.But there are still many problems in its purchasing management,inventory management and distribution systems.To solve these problems,the authors establish an optimizing model for the logistic system in medium and small chain supermarket to help promote the optimization of these systems.First,in terms of purchasing management,we should improve the purchasing organizations,promote the scientific management of suppliers,and implement category management.Second,in terms of inventory management,we should avoid blindness and empiricism while ordering by adopt the automatic replenishing and create a win-win situation by implementing VMI and giving full play to the role of suppliers.And third,in terms of distribution system,we should carry out the cost analysis,find out the key points for optimization and continuously improve this system.

UML, as an expressive and powerful standard object-oriented modeling language, has been widely used in management information system. After analyzing the modeling functionalities of UML, an auto-parts-trade sales management system is proposed and implemented using UML as the modeling tool. Abstract:Supermarkets face the problems of customer queuing and SCM optimizing. Even a series of supermarket service models are adopted currently; however, these issues still exist. This paper examines the framework of this popular service and proposes a quantitive supermarket service metric for evaluation. It introduces three existing supermarket service models and propounds a new hybrid model on the point of improvement which is an integration of e-supermarket and typical model, concentrating on self-service and automated service. The paper gives detailed analysis and comparisons based on Game Theory and simulated experiment by expressions separately for customer, supermarket and supplier and proves the superior feature of the hybrid model. It also suggests a feasible solution using RFID and explains the solution to the biggest challenge about backend bottleneck.

Abstract:Smart gadgets are being embedded almost in every aspect of our lives. From smart cities to smart watches, modern industries are increasingly supporting the Internet of Things (IoT). SysMART aims at making supermarkets smart, productive, and with a touch of modern lifestyle. While similar implementations to improve the shopping experience exists, they tend mainly to replace the shopping activity at the store with online shopping. Although online shopping reduces time and effort, it deprives customers from enjoying the experience. SysMART relies on cutting-edge devices and technology to simplify and reduce the time required during grocery shopping inside the supermarket. In addition, the system monitors and maintains perishable products in good condition suitable for human consumption. SysMART is built using state-of-the-art technologies that support rapid prototyping and precision data acquisition. The selected development environment is LabVIEW with its world-class interfacing libraries. The paper comprises a detailed system description, development strategy, interface design, software engineering, and a thorough analysis and evaluation.

Abstract:According to the design standard of software engineering and scientific management theory, and the requirements of e-commerce, the business process of ERP management system is redesigned, to provide small and medium-sized enterprises with e-commerce ERP solutions that meet their own needs. The system adopts Struts + Spring + Hibernate and ExtJS 2.0 framework structure, which is conducive to the improvement of development efficiency. At the same time, the requirements analysis, outline design, detailed design, implementation, testing and deployment of the system are completed. The front desk is combined with Web2.0 technology, which is used for interface display and operation interaction. Finally, based on the key technologies used in the system, the implementation, testing and deployment of the system are introduced. The system deployment is successfully implemented, which verifies the stability of the design architecture and the rationality and effectiveness of the access control model.

Abstract:Supply chain management is one of the main challenges in the development of the retail industry. As an important form of retail trade, supermarkets have attracted the attention of the whole retail industry. At present, large, medium, and small supermarkets are facing complete market competition, and each supermarket enterprise has more or less problems in its own supply chain relationship. The problem of how to solve the problems of various types of supermarket enterprises, improve their management programs, and win the market has become particularly important. Based on the existing literature and statistical data, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the supermarket retail industry in China, focusing on the deficiencies of the current supply chain and how to manage and optimize the supply chain. The result shows that the supply chain in domestic supermarkets still has a long way to improve. There are mainly five types of problems, which are supplier problems; delivery problems; location problems; display problems; and pricing problems. These kinds of problems might cause the loss of customer loyalty. The solution consists of three parts: diversifying the product supplier to ensure that the popular product never runs out; replacing the products shelf so that the customer can grab the popular product at first sight; and replacing the products shelf so that the customer can grab the popular product at first sight. Finally, be precise with the products pricing strategy; stress the price of the popular products and increase the profit for the unpopular ones.
