Abstract:The dependent variable in the title of this study is the main objective, namely arm power. Pre-experimental design is the applied method. The location and research subjects were Yos Sudarso Kawunganten Middle School students, Cilacap Regency. The technique for taking the research object was total sampling, so that there were 30 male students. The test given to these students is the shot put throw test. Research data processing used SPSS series 24. The results of data processing consist of: 1. The bent over throw exercise has a significant effect on increasing the explosive power of the arm muscles. 2. Ball flip exercises have a significant effect on increasing the explosive power of the arm muscles. 3. There is a significant difference between the bent over throw exercise and the ball flip exercise in increasing the explosive power of the arm muscles. Conclusion: Bent over throw and ball flip group exercises have a significant effect on increasing arm power in students of SMP Yos Sudarso Kawunganten, Cilacap Regency.Variabel terikat pada judul penelitian ini merupakan tujuan utama yaitu power lengan. Desain pra eksperimen merupakan metode yang diterapkan. Loaksi dan subjek penelitian yaitu siswa SMP Yos Sudarso Kawunganten Kabupaten Cilacap Teknik pengambilan objek penelitian yaitu total sampling sehingga berjumlah 30 orang siswa putra. Tes yang diberikan pada siswa tersebut yaitu tes shot put throw. Pengolahan data penelitian yang digunakan SPSS serie 24. Hasil pengolahan data terdiri dari: 1. Latihan bent over throw berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot lengan. 2. Latihan ball flip berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot lengan. 3. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara latihan bent over throw dan ball flip exercise dalam meningkatkan daya ledak otot lengan. Kesimpulan: Latihan kelompok bent over throw dan ball flip berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan arm power pada siswa SMP Yos Sudarso Kawunganten Kabupaten Cilacap.
