Abstract:Введение. Актуальность исследования определяется необходимостью совершенствования подготовки преподавательских кадров для системы среднего профессионального образования в контексте реализации компетентностного подхода, реформирования образовательных стандартов и трансформации требований к квалификации педагогических работников. Цель исследования - изучить особенности реализации компетентностной модели подготовки будущих педагогов СПО в ведущих педагогических вузах России. Материалы и методы. Проанализированы нормативные документы, научно-методическая литература, рабочие программы дисциплин педагогического цикла 32 вузов, положения о педагогической практике 5 вузов. Изучены официальные сайты 5 вузов. Проведено анкетирование руководителей и преподавателей вузов (65 руководителей). Результаты. Установлено, что содержание образовательных программ подготовки преподавателей СПО ориентировано на формирование компетенций в 45-50% объема и 63% самостоятельной работы студентов. Структура педагогической практики обеспечивает постепенное наращивание самостоятельности студентов от 15- 20% до 78%. Система ДПО включает разнообразные форматы с использованием цифровых технологий в 52% случаев. Подтверждена эффективность реализации компетентностной модели подготовки преподавательских кадров для СПО в ведущих российских вузах. Качество подготовки оценивается 69,2% респондентов на уровне 4-5 баллов по 5-балльной шкале. Introduction. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to improve the training of teaching staff for the secondary vocational education system in the context of the implementation of a competence-based approach, reforming educational standards and transforming the requirements for the qualifications of teaching staff. The purpose of the study is to study the features of the implementation of the competence model of training future teachers of vocational education in the leading pedagogical universities of Russia. Materials and methods. The normative documents, scientific and methodological literature, work programs of disciplines of the pedagogical cycle of 32 universities, regulations on pedagogical practice of 5 universities are analyzed. The official websites of 5 universities have been studied. A survey of university managers and teachers (65 managers) was conducted. Results. It is established that the content of educational programs for the training of teachers of secondary vocational education is focused on the formation of competencies in 45-50% of the volume and 63% of the independent work of students. The structure of teaching practice provides a gradual increase in students' independence from 15-20% to 78%. The DPO system includes a variety of formats using digital technologies in 52% of cases. The effectiveness of the implementation of the competence-based model of teaching staff training for vocational education in leading Russian universities has been confirmed. The quality of training is estimated by 69.2% of respondents at the level of 4-5 points on a 5-point scale.
