Abstract:The booming production and sales of the new energy vehicle market in recent years has prompted manufacturing enterprises to continuously strengthen product research and development and improve the research and development level of new energy vehicles. However, excessive product research and development, equipment upgrading and technological transformation have also increased the financial burden of the manufacturer. The capital constraint of the new energy vehicle manufacturer has affected the sustainable development of enterprises, which is an important problem to enhance their core competitiveness. To solve the problem of capital constraint, the new energy vehicle manufacturer actively adopts supply chain financing strategies from the retailer. Then, how to optimize enterprise financing decisions under the impact of initial fund, financing interest rate, government subsidies and other factors has become a practical problem to be solved by new energy vehicle enterprises. Therefore, for new energy vehicle supply chain composed of the manufacturer and the retailer, this paper constructs a financing decision model based on Stackelberg game profit under the condition that the manufacturer has capital constraint and finance the supply chain from the retailer, and uses an example to verify the model results. The results show that the positive financing interest rate positively affects the optimal wholesale price, retail price and manufacturer's profit, while negatively affects the R&D level, retailer's profit and the total profit of the supply chain system; The change of financing interest rate has little impact on the market demand of new energy vehicles; The unit subsidy coefficient negatively affects the optimal wholesale price and retail price, while positively affects the R&D level, market sales, manufacturer's profit and retailer's profit.
