It deeply integrates the innovative achievements of the Internet in various economic and social fields, enhances the innovation ability and productivity of the real economy, and forms a broader new form of economic growth, using the Internet as infrastructure and implementation Tool of. Since 2016, Premier Li Keqiang has expressed free speech on Internet+ in many cases and has vigorously promoted integration into all walks of life. Internet+ has suddenly become a hot spot for attention and discussion. Of course, the "starting with babies" part of education has become the focus of this topic on Internet+. The English education platform in the Internet + education era means that Internet users make full use of network resources for independent language learning, use computers and network learning tools to practice and use English to improve their English proficiency and expand their knowledge. In autonomous English learning, users can consult relevant and effective information on the Internet according to their learning needs, use the language flexibly and autonomously in a virtual communication environment, and ultimately enrich their English knowledge, improve language skills and academic performance. Traditional education is difficult to achieve this. This article uses a questionnaire survey method to compare the results of the students before and after learning on the English platform, and compares whether the Internet + education simulation English education platform has any effect on the improvement of students’ English ability. Through experiments, it can be known that the students after studying on the English education platform, English scores improved by 13%.
