Abstract:Supportive Leadership study is needed since it is still difficult to discover past research that tackles the topic in depth. In addition, the goal of this research is to create a model for supportive leadership. Furthermore, to provide a clear image of themes linked to Supportive Leadership, this study used bibliometric order. The outcomes of this study show that each study places a different focus on the notion of supportive leadership. Acute stresses, creative culture, and leader workload are three more antecedents of supportive leadership. Furthermore, at the individual, team, and organizational levels, there are 23 outcomes of supportive leadership in the shape of attitudes, behavior, and performance.
