Abstract:The advent of online education platforms has revolutionized traditional learning paradigms, providing unprecedented access to educational resources worldwide. However, the vast amounts of data generated by these platforms present significant challenges in terms of effective management and utilization. This paper proposes a comprehensive approach to address these challenges through the integration of big data management and mining techniques, supported by intelligent technologies. By harnessing the power of advanced data management strategies and cutting-edge machine learning algorithms, our approach aims to unlock valuable insights from online education data, thereby enhancing the learning experience and improving educational results. This paper presents a systematic framework for online education big data management and mining, encompassing data collection, storage, preprocessing, analysis, and visualization. Furthermore, we discuss the role of intelligent technologies such as artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and predictive analytics in optimizing the process of data mining and knowledge discovery. Through case studies and experimental evaluations, we demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of our approach in real-world online education scenarios. Our research contributes to the growing body of knowledge in the field of educational data mining and underscores the potential of intelligent technology in shaping the future of online learning.

Abstract:<p>As far as the current higher education is concerned, the information system used in teaching and management is becoming more and more abundant, and the construction of its informatization is more and more rapid. However, the construction of university informatization project is too long, and there is no unified planning and other reasons, resulting in the difficulty of information and information management cannot be shared across departments. With the deepening of informationization and inaccurate information resources, how to use data mining technology to obtain valuable information is an important issue in the research of heterogeneous information in university management informationization. Based on the analysis of the information island problem in the informatization construction of colleges and universities, taking the student management work as a pilot, a heterogeneous information resource integration platform based on distributed query is proposed. Based on the platform, the information can be effectively applied globally. By analyzing its application in student information management, it shows that data mining is an effective technology to improve the management ability and scientific research level of colleges and universities in the construction of information technology.</p>

Abstract:In order to improve the low efficiency of higher education management and the unequal distribution of curriculum resources, facing the actual situation of higher education management, a higher education management system based on data mining technology is constructed and optimized. Using the correlation between MVC components of higher education management platform and the support of data mining technology, this paper constructs the MVC model 2 framework of higher education management platform which is a powerful framework used for developing large-scale projects with ease. We collect the data structure in the database, extract the evaluation indicators of higher education management system, separate the display results and business logic, and improve code reusability. We adopt data input, curriculum management, curriculum scheduling, teacher scheduling, and system maintenance and help to form and optimize the higher education management system. The experimental results show that the constructed and optimized higher education management system can maintain good scheduling performance and provide better teaching services for teachers and students.

Abstract:Abstract This study explores the mining and application of digital health elements in higher education student management and education, refining student user profiles through data mining techniques and applying them to student management and education to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of education management. The basic process of data mining, including data cleaning, integration, selection, transformation, mining, pattern evaluation and knowledge representation, was first carried out in the study. Then, a clustering recommendation algorithm based on user characteristics was designed to construct a clustering model of user interest preferences by calculating the distance between user attributes and filling the rating matrix using rating time and item type. Then, the study constructed a student user profiling system and analyzed techniques such as fuzzy C-mean clustering, association rule algorithm and user-based collaborative filtering. The study results show that applying digital health elements in student management and education helps identify potential association patterns of students’ mental health problems. For example, in the W vocational school case study, the association rule algorithm found that the sense of learning stress and compulsion were the most frequent combinations of psychological problems among students, with support levels of 0.7451 and 0.6518, respectively. In addition, the study evaluated the effects of educational management interventions on the mental health of higher vocational students, and found that, after adopting student user profiles for educational management interventions, the experimental class students’ mental health scores for each variable were 0.602 to 1.113 points higher than those of the control class, which significantly improved the students’ psychological quality.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems faced in the current management of colleges and universities, this topic integrates data mining technology and traditional statistical analysis technology in the process of College data management, and integrates multisource campus raw data. Take corresponding research models for different research objectives, implement the fine, meticulous, and accurate management concept of colleges and universities for students, build a student information management platform and help the construction of smart campus. The research integrates the school's multi-business system data, opens up the information channel between information systems, establishes a multisystem data center and realizes the whole life cycle management of College Students' data, including data collection, cleaning, storage and file recycling, and records the data of important nodes during students' enrollment, graduation, and departure. Through the analysis of the school's business management needs and the study of the school's data characteristics, the data collected from the system information has been effectively distributed, and the data linking process is only used to delete data features based on data features. Under the action of big data technology, the information platform for college students can be constructed, which can provide more efficient, safe, and comprehensive decision support for college students' management, making all work decisions more scientific. Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to explore the practical application of big data comprehensive mining and analysis technology in the overall human resource management work of the entire enterprise under the gradual increase in the amount of enterprise data, so as to effectively improve the overall core strategic competitiveness of the entire enterprise and improve the overall human resource management level of the entire enterprise. This article adopts the risk management theory of quantifying the characteristics of business management data, analyzes various management models in modern human resource information system management, and analyzes the entire process of modern enterprise daily operation and various types of human resource system risk management and business data. Combined with quantitative management theory, it introduces the basic concepts of business data feature mining system theory and its most common six data analysis and calculation methods. The module design examples are organically combined, and the traditional data mining analysis theory and its application are extended to the enterprise human resource project management information system. Finally, the experimental results show that the use of big data mining and analysis technology can solve the problems of human resource quality management in small- and medium-sized enterprises. The independent quantitative data mining analysis model has achieved 25% improvement in the application effect of the analysis of the types of human resources in management enterprises, the prevention of internal talent loss in management enterprises, and the performance evaluation management system of enterprises.

Abstract:A strong basis has been set for the digitization of school management by the growth of big data and the Internet. However, there is not specialised software that can be used in schools to handle teaching materials and carry out teaching activities, particularly in school physical education. Most teachers struggle with significant information management issues in the conventional college sports management information system. Along with people's interest in physical education in colleges and universities, the study of the college sports management information system's development plan has emerged as the primary research area in the present day. The use of data mining in the development strategy of the sports management information system was therefore considered in conjunction with the actual situation of school sports information management. The experiment also introduced and provided a detailed explanation of the algorithm used in data mining. To fully explore the system strategy's development impact was the specific goal. In order to realise the management function of the sports management information system, serve the information management of each school, increase information management efficiency by 6.58%, and improve user satisfaction; data mining was introduced into the development strategy of management information system through the discovery of experimental data.

Abstract:As the marcher of life in the times, the network has penetrated into all fields of life and played an immeasurable role. As a specific contemporary group, college students have a weak sense of self-protection and are very vulnerable to adverse factors. Some colleges and universities are trying to explore various psychological intervention modes in order to conduct psychological counselling and prediction more objectively. Network mental education means that, on the premise of using social networks, educators use psychological science methods to exert a positive impact on all aspects of students' mental health education, so as to promote the development of contemporary mental health of college students under social networks and cultivate the correct mentality of using social networks. It is combined with the established college students' rational correlation analysis system. Based on the collected data and basic information of college students' rational evaluation, the improved mining algorithm is used, and some rules and characteristics of college students' psychological related factors are analyzed from the results, which provides a new idea for college students' rational health education. Aiming at realizing the embedded data mining technology in the psychological management system, this paper expounds in detail the design and implementation of the data mining technology module suitable for the psychological management system and discusses the factors affecting students' mental health.

Abstract:The utilization and accessibility of big data and digital media technology by common people have decreased technological prices. Professional education has been pushed to modernize curricula and boost talent development efficiency. The vocational education curriculum system must take into account the usage of new technologies in a comprehensive manner to ensure the availability of knowledge and ability structure. To accomplish the goal, the application techniques and approaches of teaching and practice utilizing big data and digital media technologies in vocational education are explored and researched. To improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education, with the help of big data, this paper aims to conduct an in-depth study on the application of digital media technology in higher vocational education. Firstly, the teaching management system of higher vocational education is constructed. Secondly, the structure, efficient units, architecture, and database of the teaching management system are pronounced. Thirdly, fuzziness mining and teaching data scheduling are used to optimize and regulate the storage structure. According to the multiparameter optimization method, the teaching feature screening and resource scheduling are completed improving the capability of parameter recognition and online identification related to teaching resources. The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper can make the teaching methods of higher vocational education more diverse. It is anticipated that it can help the reform process and growth of vocational education, as well as the development of innovative and entrepreneurial skills. As the data receiving rate of teaching resources is high, therefore, the ability of teaching resource scheduling is also strong along with a high application value.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that education departments urgently need intelligent and efficient information technology to deal with massive data, so as to mine valuable information for management decision-making, an overall scheme framework of education informatization is proposed. The framework takes data mining as a tool, combined with the theoretical knowledge of cloud computing, and takes the student data of a school as an example to verify the practicability of the framework system. The results are as follows: the framework clusters the students of a school. The overall level of students in cluster 1 is high, accounting for 45.07% of the total number. These kinds of students have solid basic theory, strong logical thinking ability, and excellent professional knowledge learning. The overall level of students in cluster 2 is average, accounting for 38.03% of the total number. This kind of students should pay attention to the study of professional courses and the cultivation of professional skills. The rest are students in cluster 3. These kinds of students have weak basic professional knowledge and poor thinking and logic ability. Through the accuracy before and after pruning output from the model, the accuracy before pruning is 87.32% and the accuracy after pruning is 97.37%. The noise data are eliminated in the process of pruning. The framework established in this study provides a certain decision-making basis for education and teaching and explains the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of data mining technology in educational informatization.

Abstract:Strengthening the application of big data technology in data analysis can effectively improve the service capability and level of relevant statistics, and provide comprehensive and reliable information support for macro decision-making and trend analysis. This paper comprehensively reviews the research status of big data technology in the field of college students' mental health at home and abroad. Combining with the characteristics of college students' mental health statistical data and the weaknesses in statistical analysis, the feasibility of using knowledge mapping technology is demonstrated. On this basis, the blood relationship graph and influence analysis among the statistical indicators of college students' mental health were constructed through the knowledge map. The application of the knowledge map of college students' mental health statistical indicators in statistical data analysis, statistical indicator identification and statistical data quality management is proposed. Specifically, based on the concept of big data, we can establish a decision analysis platform for college students' mental health. Based on the big data technology, the data mining and analysis ability can be enhanced. In addition, it can change the traditional thinking of college students' mental health statistics and strengthen the construction of statistical team.

Abstract:With the positive effect of big data on promoting education reform and innovation, student management education in universities moves on to the age of information and intelligence. Collecting, integrating and analyzing data from "Intelligent Student management education Platform" of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), this paper first figures out the association among students’ behaviors, then discusses the applications of big data analysis via four cases in practice. Our paper shows that big data analysis can not only help teachers keep informed about students’ daily routine, learning habits and expense records duly and thoroughly, but also promote our work towards operating more dynamically, warning in advance, subsidizing students more accurately, and teaching students more individualizedlly.
