Abstract:Under the traditional financial non-sharing management mode, the disadvantages of cumbersome enterprise organizational structure, high capital management cost, separation of enterprise business from finance, lagging data collection of various enterprises and dispersion of enterprise funds have gradually exposed to managers, such as great difficulty in enterprise capital management. At the same time, the rapid development of cloud technology also has a profound impact on the financial fund management mode of enterprises. The development of cloud computing has been updated and iterated in the traditional computerized accounting. The current financial shared fund optimization management mode is a better version of cloud computing. In the daily business activities of enterprises, doing a good job in the Financial Shared fund management of enterprises is equivalent to mastering the lifeline of enterprise funds. Therefore, more and more enterprises begin to set up financial shared fund management service centers based on cloud computing. Relying on various emerging cloud computing technologies, the large and basic work scattered in each subsidiary company is centrally managed and shared through standardized operations and process reengineering, and the fund system. The expense reimbursement system and collection and payment system record the action track of funds, so that managers can make more timely and effective decisions with effective information, and promote the financial sharing and fund management of enterprises to be healthier. Secondly, with the expansion of the group's business scale and the improvement of the organizational structure, the new needs of the financial sharing center in the business operation related to fund management are also accompanied. Aiming at the problems of large per capita business volume, many payment failures and cross system operation, after optimizing the process by means of cloud technology, simple and cumbersome work can be automatically executed, so as to effectively improve work efficiency and reduce manual operation error rate. Aiming at the problem of fund allocation under the traditional fund centralized management mode of the group's financial sharing service based on cloud computing, this paper constructs an index model for predicting the risk of enterprise working capital, constructs the cloud computing model, and analyzes whether the shortage of enterprise funds can be predicted according to the target variables, so as to provide support for enterprises in internal allocation and financing decisions, help group enterprises formulate reasonable capital plans according to capital needs. The simulation results show that the financial shared fund management system based on cloud computing plays an innovative and important role in basic management and data collection.
