Abstract:Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms refer to variations in individual Deoxyribonucleic Acid bases, serving as potential clinical phenotyping markers. However, existing techniques in SNP identification face challenges, such as the curse of dimensionality, which are not adequately addressed. Also, sample counts are substantially fewer than Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms, along with differences in counts of healthy and patient samples. Hence, Feature Selection based on Membership Weight Salp Swarm Algorithm with deep autoencoder is proposed considering the curse of dimensionality identification of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms and healthy patient categorization and the sample count of healthy and patient samples. Moreover, existing feature selection techniques increase overfitting risk and improper selection when the number of observations is insufficient. A Feature Selection based on the Membership Weight Salp Swarm Algorithm is proposed. It selects subsets of features to enhance classification performance by reducing feature counts and eliminating misleading characteristics. Additionally, previous techniques do not provide multilevel representation and classify data based on automated design structures. Hence, Self-organizing Deep Auto-Encoders are proposed to recognize many levels of representation and classify data for automated design based on structures in which the Gene Expression Omnibus database's Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms dataset for breast cancer is utilized to test breast cancer. Overall, the proposed method reveals experimental data in most circumstances, and the method outperforms the algorithms with substantially fewer features and is tested against existing methods using the dataset.
